The modern, fully equipped kitchen with its large center island is perfect for social gatherings and flows seamlessly into a spacious dining area for shared meals. In the evening, the cozy living room invites you to relax by the welcoming fireplace.



The true centerpiece is the incredible, fully-gated backyard. This private oasis features a large swimming pool with a relaxing baja seat, a covered patio for shaded lounging, and a grassy lawn perfect for recreation.



All three bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor. The sleeping arrangement is as follows: Bedroom 1 contains one Full bed and one Sofa Bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, and Bedroom 3 features a King bed. The master suite boasts direct, private access to the swimming pool, and two of the three full bathrooms are en-suites for added convenience.



Parking is provided in the driveway.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home, including all interior spaces, the fully-gated front yard, and the entire backyard with the pool and patio.



Please note: The garage is used for the owner's personal storage and is not accessible to guests. Driveway parking is provided for your convenience.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a quiet, family-friendly Los Angeles neighborhood. A huge highlight is the large park just a one-minute walk from your front door—perfect for morning exercise, kids' activities, or letting pets run. Though nestled in a peaceful spot, you are only a few miles by car from some of LA's best restaurants, giving you easy access to explore the city's vibrant dining scene.



Getting Around:

Convenient, off-street parking is available for you. The driveway has two side-by-side parking spots.

Important Information

Pool Heating: The pool is not heated by default. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $125 per day, with a two-night minimum.

Check-in Process: For the safety of our guests, we kindly ask you to complete a short check-in form before arrival. The form will request each guest’s contact info, a valid ID, and a quick selfie. Once submitted, we’ll send your check-in instructions. This ensures only registered guests are on the property, and your information will always remain private.

Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed on the property. These cameras monitor entryways and exterior common areas only.

Family Needs: We are happy to accommodate families! Whether you need a crib, an extra bed, a high chair, or even babysitter contacts, just let us know. We are flexible and want to help make your stay comfortable.

Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs will incur a $100 fee per additional hour unless pre-approved in advance.
