Bedroom #3- Full size/Double bed + twin size bed- both are part of a high end built in bunk bed. Top of the line mattresses and bedding, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices, 43" HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services.

Bedroom # 4- King Sized Bed, top of the line mattress & bedding, high vaulted ceilings, blackout curtains, 43" HDTV w/ Netflix and all major streaming services.



Common Area sleeping- The living room sofa has a large and very comfortable sofa that turns into a larger than queen sized bed for sleeping. If an additional queen sized air mattress is wanted, we can make those arrangements with at least 48 hours notice, preferably more if possible.



Total beds are: 2 King beds, 1 queen beds & 1 full/double + 1 twin bed in the bedrooms + queen sized sleeper sofa and additional queen sized air mattress on request.



Guest Access:

The entire house is yours and we are always available 24/7 for any needs or requests you may have!



The Neighborhood:

Safe and central location with great freeway access to all of LA!



Getting Around:

I always recommend a car in LA as everything is spaced out but this is a central location with groceries 1 block away and other stuff just a short Uber ride away
