The bedrooms ALL have top of the line mattresses, bedding and linens to ensure you get a good nights rest. In addition I know how important it is to charge your devices conveniently so plugs are located at the side of each bed including bedside lamps with USB chargers.

Bedroom #4- Queen Bed, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices, HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services.

Bedroom #5 (This is technically a 2nd living room as its connected to another bedroom)- Bludot high end Queen sized sleeper sofa, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices, HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services.



Common Area sleeping- For sleeping in the common areas you have a queen sized top of the line Aerobed air mattress complete with all sheets and bedding that can be placed in Bedroom #5, and also the living room sofa which can be slept on.



Total beds are: Two king beds, 1 queen bed, two twin beds, Bludot Queen sized high end sleeper sofa, queen sized air mattress and living room sofa can also be slept on.

Sleep in ultimate luxury as each bedroom showcases premium bedding and top-notch mattresses, including two king-sized beds. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and coffee in the morning and great location with a grocery store just one block away and great bars and restaurants less than a 5 min walk! All cookware, dishes, and basic spices are there in the home. Outdoor you also have a very nice BBQ with all utensils if you want to enjoy for the group.

The living room boasts a 55"TV loaded with DirecTV satellite television with all the movie channels and comfortable seating on couches and chairs. Super fast and reliable free WiFi (225 MBS) for all of our guests which covers the entire property. ALL five bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon, etc. Keep in mind that the 5th bedroom is also a kind of second living room with a sleeper sofa in it and not a traditional bed. The home is stocked with cards & board games for the group to enjoy themselves inside or outside while enjoying the weather!



The outside pool area and cabana offers areas for both sun and shade so everyone is happy. Large outdoor table for up to 12 people with cafe lights make it a great place both day or night! The clean and sparkling pool is the central focal point of the backyard with a great cabana for relaxing and watching the pool action from the sofa. Fully gated backyard lets the kids run around safely!

The Neighborhood:

In the middle of trendy North Hollywood (NoHo) Arts District! Quiet and safe residential neighborhood w/ restaurants, bars and shopping all walking distance!



Getting Around:

Walk to downtown NoHo Arts district in less than 5 minutes! LA is a city built for the car and you have great freeway access from the house but LA is large and spaced out so I always recommend a car when in the city but not mandatory at this house.



Other Things to Note:

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WITHOUT EXPLICIT APPROVAL FROM MYSELF. NOISE MONITORS AND EXTERIOR CAMERAS ON SITE AND YOU WILL FORFEIT DEPOSIT AND BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.
