Welcome to our home! Enjoy this fabulous retreat and journey to the most wonderful neighborhood in Studio City! You will love being close to all of the exciting attractions and studios, including Universal Studios (less than 10 mins drive).
For a wonderful evening out visit the Hollywood Bowl or see a show at the Pantages theatre. SUSHI Row is right up the road about a half a mile south from our home! Enjoy walks around our sweet neighborhood. Museums and shopping malls are abundant as are restaurants. Horseback riding, golf and hiking all very close by

What an incredible home. We couldn’t have asked for more. Beautifully appointed, very comfortable. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Pretty backyard area with firepit and lounge chairs. Centrally located to everywhere we needed to be. Terry was extremely helpful and available. This is definitely our go-to home when we visit L.A. 12 out of 10!

We had the best stay at Terry's property! Communication was excellent from start to finish. Nothing seemed to be any trouble for these wonderful hosts and the house is fitted out with the highest standard of fixtures and fittings. The interior is beautiful, the neighbour hood idyllic. I would stay here time and time again. Thank you so much for an amazing stay

Wonderful home and location

My husband and I were looking for a place we could stay for a few days to relax after a very hectic couple of months and Terry and Dave’s home was perfect. The house itself is warm and welcoming. We could tell that they are experienced hosts by how it is set up. The neighborhood is very walkable, and less than a mile from Ventura boulevard for shopping. And if you like sushi (and we do!), further east on Ventura boulevard is known as sushi row! All and all we enjoyed our stay very much and plan to visit again.

Beautiful home, amazing location!

Took our family on vacation for first time in California and could not be happier to have found this place! It’s in the center of all we wanted to do so it was perfect. The house was incredible. Even better than the pictures. Super clean, decorations were lovely, it had everything we needed and more. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. Gave awesome recommendations for dinner, etc. They definitely went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and we could not be more appreciative! Highly recommend

Picture perfect

Staying in this home is so comfortable! We stayed for 8 nights. The home has the most comfortable beds and many great spaces to curl up with a book. A charming backyard and front porch. A kitchen stocked with high quality appliances and cookware. The pictures represent the listing perfectly. The neighborhood is cute and conveniently appointed. You will not regret this booking! The communication was great with owners as well and they even sent over an outdoor mist fan which was perfect for the summer heat when enjoying the backyard. We will definitely book again on our next visit.

I took a family of four (two adults and two teenagers) and this house was perfect. The teenagers had their own rooms and bathrooms, which made the trip much more enjoyable. I think it's rare to such a good space configuration in LA, especially in a rental.Relatedly, the attention to detail and level of furnishing in the owner's remodel is outstanding. We've rented a lot and this house really shows care and love. I was honestly shocked at how nice the kitchen is. Communication with Terry is excellent and she is a very gracious host.I can't say enough about the neighborhood. If you are thinking about staying for tourism at Universal, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, this location is great: very easy to get to the highways or the canyon roads to Beverly Hills.This neighborhood is extremely walkable. We walked to Whole Foods, Ralphs, Erewhon, local coffee shops, restaurants.Finally, the back yard - amazing. You will not want to leave.

Great Place to Stay

10/10We thoroughly enjoyed Terry and Dave’s Studio City home. It provided ample space for my husband, myself and our twenty something daughter to reunite and visit with my brother and sister-in-law after not seeing each other for several years. The layout allowed for lots of privacy for our two families, and warm inviting spaces to hang out when we wanted to be together. The home is beautifully appointed with modern finishes and amenities, and the hosts were super responsive when we had questions. When my daughter wanted to play the piano and we couldn’t remove the keyboard cover, Terry had her piano tuner there in under an hour to fix it! The home is in a great area, super-accessible for things we wanted to do around LA, with easy access to the 101 and 405 freeways, as well as the Canyons, (Coldwater, Laurel and Beverly Glen). The proximity to Whole Foods, Ralph’s, Gino’s East Pizza, Hugo’s and Hugo’s Tacos made figuring out meals a breeze. We also appreciated the extra touches, like night lights in every room, fresh fruit and flowers in the kitchen/dining area, and the workout room with a Peloton. Really comfy beds too! The yard was beautiful and relaxing for meals and chatting. It couldn’t have been more perfect.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished, with an excellent layout and amenities (great kitchen and bathrooms). Nice back garden area too, with outside seating/dining and a fire pit. The location was great for us, with access to many of Studio City’s attractions within walking distance or an easy drive. The house is on a pleasant and quiet residential street. Off street parking works well.

We love hospitality and are very present in our hosting responsibilities. We use 24 hour review booking so we can meet our guests and answer any questions you may have, as well as talk about your expectations and ours before we finalize our bookings. This helps tremendously in our booking sustainability. We are always ready to help with recommendations of attractions, restaurants and anything that will make your stay here even better!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We are in a lovely, family neighborhood. Walk right out your door for a quiet, tree shaded walk - mostly flat sidewalks. You are less than 1/2 mile from Studio City Whole foods and about a 10 minutes walk to the new Erewhon Sportsmans Lodge complex with lots of restaurants and shopping. We mostly love that our neighbors have lived her in most cases 15 - 50 years and the families have kept their homes through many generations.

We kept the integrity of our home by updating everything but not adding square footage or upper level. We love our high ceilings and open floor plan with a great kitchen to cook in or spacious dining room to enjoy take-in food. We are outdoor people so we enjoy our patio, barbecue, fire-pit seating outside and even sitting on the front entry bench. In the winter time, we enjoy the lovely cozy living room and fireplace.
