Other things to note
★ IMPORTANT: PARKING RESTRITCTION★
While there is plenty of free street parking available, guests should carefully observe all posted signs to avoid receiving a parking ticket.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! We have sensors that can detect smoke in the suite. Any smoking evidence will result in a $250 fee per night. for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture steam cleaning and aeration. You are more the welcome to smoke outside in any designated smoking areas. Please do not smoke inside of the suite. There are sensors that can detect smoke in the suite If it is detected, you will be fined $500 per night. You are welcome to smoke outside on the back patio or in the screen porch lounge.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any unauthorized parties or events will result in an immediate cancellation and a $1000 fine.

★ QUIET HOURS★
Please be mindful that there are neighbors on either side of the home & that there may be a guest in the apartment above. Please be sure respect the designated quiet hours of 11 pm to 7 am.

Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour.
