Dies ist eine schöne Erdgeschosswohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer in einer unschlagbaren Lage! Die Wohnung befindet sich in der wunderschönen A Street SE, nur sieben Häuserblocks vom Capitol (und der National Mall) entfernt und in fußläufiger Entfernung zu allem, was D. C. zu bieten hat. Sie sind nur ein paar Blocks von allen Restaurants in der Pennsylvania Ave entfernt. und Kasernenreihe. Gehen Sie einen Block und Sie haben Eastern Market mit all seinen Verkäufern, mehreren Cafés, einem Bagel-Laden, Banken, einer chemischen Reinigung, einem Spirituosengeschäft, einer Tankstelle und anderen Geschäften.

Die Wohnung wurde gerade komplett renoviert und hat ein industrielles Flair - - unverputzte Ziegel, großes neues Badezimmer mit Marmorfliesen und ebenerdiger Regendusche, alle neuen Möbel usw. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines großen viktorianischen Hauses - und hat einen eigenen Eingang durch eine Tür, die sich an der Seite des Hauses befindet. Die Wohnung hat einen offenen Grundriss mit dem Hauptwohnbereich, auf dem sich eine große Couch, Stühle und ein 50-Zoll-HD-Fernseher (Kabel, Roku usw.) befinden. Es gibt einen rustikalen RH-Esstisch mit Stühlen für vier Personen und eine Küche im Küchenstil mit rostfreiem Kühlschrank und Elektrogeräten, Herd / Backofen, Geschirrspüler usw. Es gibt auch einen Waschtrockner in voller Größe in der Einheit.

Wir haben das Glück, private Parkplätze abseits der Straße direkt neben dem Haus zur Verfügung zu haben. Bitte teilen Sie uns mit, ob Sie den Parkplatz nutzen möchten.

Wir sind rund um die Uhr für Sie da, um Ihre Fragen rund um die Uhr zu beantworten oder Ihnen Vorschläge zu unterbreiten, wie Sie Ihre Zeit in D. C. optimal nutzen können. More then perfect stay

This place is absolutely wonderful, it was perfect for our six day stay. Fully equipped for any needs, including kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Provided us a great home location for our vacation to stop back into to rest and recharge each night. The location is perfect for the metro or a walk to the national mall and Smithsonian’s. We have been talking about wanting to stay again since we checked in our first day. The flowers and chocolate upon arrival were a wonderful surprise. The hosts truly make you feel welcomed and care about your experience and stay.

This was our first time in DC and we just loved the Eastern Market neighborhood on the hill! The apartment was well appointed and so close to food, sites and the metro. Would love to stay here again.

Location, location, location!

This apartment was located within a 5-10 minute walk of restaurants, a grocery store, and the Metro, which made it extremely easy for us to commute to all of Washington DC’s museums and attractions. On top of that, Trader Joe’s, the Fresh Market, and CVS were across the street from the Metro, so this made it convenient to pick up food and drinks whenever we needed anything. Now, for the apartment…it was very clean and neat, bright, and stocked with everything to wash clothes, take a shower, cook a meal, watch tv, and so on. Also, the bed, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable. Before we arrived, the Host communicated with us, and she answered all of our questions. It was a privilege to stay in this apartment! A Capital Stay

If you want to experience D.C. like a local, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown, then this is a great place for you. We loved the neighborhood that this VRBO was in and how everything we needed was in walking distance including a metro stop, Trader Joe’s, the Eastern Market, and coffee shops. The apartment was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our stay and communication with the host was perfect.

This was a great rental experience. It's conveniently located to Eastern Market with a nearby Metro stop and many shops/restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, well-equipped, and filled with thoughtful touches (e.g., detergent, coffee, spices, toileries, maps/brochures) that we did not expect. This property was perfect. Well located — a short walk to the Supreme Court and the National Mall— and good proximity to restaurants/grocery etc. Lovely space— a basement apartment but big windows in the living area let in light. Hosts thought of practically EVERYTHING. A long document helping navigate the apartment, list of TV stations, a stack of carry out menus, etc. The linens/pillows/towels were excellent quality, there were toiletry basics (shampoo, lotion, q-tips, etc), a well-stocked kitchen with coffee AND tea (we tea drinkers are so grateful!), Splenda/sugar, metro passes and a Frommers guide to the city. We were greeted with fresh flowers and Chocolates, wow! The HVAC is tricky but hosts were very patient with us. Very quiet neighborhood, we slept well. THIS IS MY BEST VRBO EXPERIENCE BY FAR. I can’t say enough about this property and these hosts. Thank you!

This lovely apartment was perfect for the two of us. The quaint neighborhood was both safe and friendly. Stores and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment is spacious and well supplied with everything needed for cooking and such. Even bags of Trader Joe’s Coffees and various teas. Seems like the place has been fairly recently renovated. We didn’t rent a car and used that money to take Ubers everywhere, which were reasonably priced and driven by excellent, interesting drivers. (One could easily bike it to the National Mall and museums, if so inclined). The bed was great. We slept well after all that walking! My wife and I would stay here again, and we gladly recommend this VRBO apartment to everyone. Frank

Sightseeing in the DC area

This was a first time trip for us to the DC area. We came from MT to explore the area and see all of the sites. We were not disappointed. The apt was perfect for our home base. It was well furnished and very comfortable. It is located in a great area where we felt safe walking and it was easy to catch an Uber. There are many great restaurants in the neighborhood and Sarah provided an extensive list of recommendations in which we visited some and were never disappointed. We would highly recommend this home to any couple or individual interested in visiting the area. We would definitely stay again if we return to DC. It was a great week.
