This is a classic DC rowhome, and while the basement unit is fully private with its own separate entrances, it is part of a multi-level house. Noise can travel between floors, especially footsteps and voices from the upstairs unit. We ask all guests to be mindful of quiet hours, but if you are a particularly light sleeper or sensitive to ambient noise, this unit may not be the right fit.
