Dragonfly is a brand new construction custom home that is almost beach front and professionally decorated with high end finishes that is not common in Gulf Shores. It is fully loaded with everything you need and will want from the new home smell to the heated pool, hot tub, arcade games, corn hole, chef's kitchen, 4 king bedrooms, full coffee bar and-- did I mention you will be 50 steps from the beach?

If you're sick and tired of old run down beach houses then Dragonfly will blow you away.

Dragonfly has been designed with you in mind as we want you to immediately feel relaxed when you walk in the front door. Tremendous attention has been paid to the textures, color palette, and placement of every little detail in the house.

The layout of the house and the additional game room is perfect for families to gather and to separate when needed so you can have your own space.

The kids can fight it out on the playing Pacman and Galaga in the game room while mom and dad enjoy a nice cabernet on the front deck listing to the waves or chilling at the pool. Pool heating fee during the winter is $50 day

From the time you book until check out we are here to serve you and answer any questions that may arise, but we will give you your space and not bother you.

Dragonfly is located 50 steps form the beach in West Beach which is just 1.5 miles from The Hangout. It is close enough to access everything, bur far enough away to separate from the tourist attractions.

Located in the most desirable location in West Beach in Gulf Shores you will be right in the middle of all the action as you are 1.5 miles to The Hangout, .5 miles to The Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails, .5 miles to Waves for convenient shopping, 4 miles to Rouse's Grocery, 3.5 miles to Waterville, a 20 minute drive to OWA amusement park, and 10 steps to your own private pool.

* Reading Nook with two bean bag chairs perfect for kids to have a quiet space to read or relax
* Bedroom 5: Bunk room with 2 twin beds custom built over 2 full beds with a 55" SmartTV
* Bedroom 6: King bed and 55" SmartTV
* Bathroom 4 with a large vanity and tiled shower

HOUSE RULES:

NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.

No Smoking of any Kind: Smoking of any kind will result is a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking.

No Pets: We have dogs and love our furry friends, but we do NOT allow pets. If you bring a pet you will be charged $750.

No Parties: If you have a party you will be charged $750 plus damages.

Quiet Time: Quiet time is from 10:00pm-7:00am daily.

Pool Hours: 7:00am-10:00pm

Pool Heating Fee: $50 per day

HOT TUB RULES
• Must be 18 years old to enter hot tub
• You must shower before entering hot tub
• No glass in or around hot tub
• Consult your physician before entering hot tub
• No lifeguard on duty. Enter at your own risk
• Turn lights off and cover hot tub when done. Clips must be attached or lid will blow off.
• No sunscreen, self tanner, sweat, or any creams can be on your body when entering hot tub
• if you don't follow these rules and hot tub must be drained you will be charged $250 for drain and clean.
