Fogline is a 1st Floor Apartment right in the downtown of Southwest Harbor that was renovated in 2025! Located on Clark Point Rd you can easily walk right into downtown as well as walk down to The Claremont Hotel and Beal`s Lobster at the other end of the street. The brand new sofa opens to a Queen Bed to add an extra sleeping space!

The town also serves as a gateway to Great Cranberry and Little Cranberry Islands, accessible by ferry for those looking to explore Maine’s rugged offshore beauty.
This is a 1st floor unit in a duplex with another rental upstairs. This unit has private use of the 1st floor deck while the upstairs unit has its own private deck. There is another rental unit in front of this unit.
There is parking available on-site for 1 vehicle. If needed, there is a paid parking lot right around the corner for ~$10/day.
Please respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. This includes using the laundry.
