Dieses schöne 4-Bett-Haus mit 3 Bädern im Island Park wird Ihren Urlaub zu einem erholsamen Kurzurlaub machen. Mit einem Kingsize-Bett in Kalifornien, zwei Queensize-Betten und zwei Einzelbetten bietet das Haus Platz für acht Gäste. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss haben ein eigenes Bad. Ein geräumiger Wohnbereich mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie einem 55-Zoll-LCD-TV, WLAN und DVD bietet einen komfortablen Rückzugsort. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Fernseher. Das Haus verfügt über eine große Ostterrasse mit Blick auf einen schönen Teich und einen Brunnen. Wir stellen Laken für das California King Bett zur Verfügung.

Our stay at the beach house was fantastic! Everything was spotless and so many extras that made the stay even better. The kitchen had really nice dishes with all the extras including a nice griddle for making pancakes!The outside decks were hard to beat. We spent many hours watching the turtles and ducks in the water. Jennifer made check in so easy! We couldn’t have asked for a better host. We are already booked again for next year!

My husband David and I have been vacationing at OIB for years and we have owned property on the island since 2005. We also have an oceanfront condo (414438) that we rent. We love OIB and think it is the perfect family vacation spot. We have certainly enjoyed spending time on the island with our two kids and extended family.

This beach house is in the Island Park Cottages community on the far west end. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the island center, but is a quick drive to all the action. This is a perfect house for two families and close to other Island Park rentals for extended family. It's a quick 2-3 minute walk to the public beach access or you can rent a golf cart during your stay.

This beach house backs up to a pond that has a fountain. It provides the relaxation of listening to running water without the cost of being oceanfront. You can also rent our kayaks and use them in the pond.
