We loved our stay here. The house was great. It had everything we needed. But the location was Amazing!! The pool was a must for us and it did not disappoint. The owners seemed to be very kind and answered any questions we had very timely. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is OUR beach spot!

This is our second year staying at this property, and we consider it to be the best property for the money on Ocean Isle. The house may not be the biggest, but it’s well appointed and both floor plan and amenities on site are well thought out. I strongly recommend staying here, as long as it’s not the week we’re considering!!

Overall it was a great stay. Cute little house with a great view and awesome pool. There were some issues with the bikes, washer, and mold around the ceiling vents in the home. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect Beach House for small family

We really enjoyed our stay at Isle Have Another. This is a smaller house but was the perfect size for our family. The pictures of the outdoor spaces don't do it justice - the back covered porch, the seating along the walkway and the downstairs under the house area by the pool is where we spent the most time. Also, the listing doesn't say there is a refrigerator in the storage room. Having 2 refrigerators was ideal. Also, the proximity to the public walkways is perfect - providing basically a private beach area every day we were there! We definately plan to rent this house again!!

Quiet ocean front cottage

We enjoyed our stay at I’ll have another. The nice porches, boardwalk, and outdoor pool space made for some relaxing time. It’s an older house with visible age and some wear and tear in expected spots. The layout was good for our small group with a nice open concept. Our small kids loved being able to be right at the beach or pool and had a great time.

Loved it so much, we already booked again for next year!

This was our 5th summer in OIB but first time staying ocean front. This small beach house is perfect for our family of 4 and in laws who visited for a few days. It was so incredibly convenient to be able to walk down our own private board walk to get to the beach. This house is between 2 public access points so it was never busy on the beach at all. The outdoor pool area was great, too. The pool closet was well stocked with pool toys, beach chairs, bikes, etc. we felt like the house was very kid-friendly which is a big deal to us. We only needed to contact the owner once because the WiFi went out and she responded within seconds. We loved this property so much we’ve already booked again for next year.

Great location, just the right size, and the pool was an added bonus. We have been making a trip to OIB for the past 15 years. Some properties are better than others (as well as the pricing), this one happens to hit our sweet spot. If you like being on the beach, having a covered an uncovered porch, nice amenities, and not being to close to a public access which limits the crowds on the beach then this property is for you. The pool was great for our 4 year old granddaughter and for an after dinner dip. Amanda was very helpful and quite responsive to all of our questions. Overall an excellent trip with our family. Highly recommend this property.

Just steps from the ocean, the cottage’s location is convenient for families with children. The pool provides a refreshing respite from the sandy shore and is an alternate activity for the kiddos. The interior of the house has been recently updated and includes modern appliances and stylish tiles.

The home was beautiful and very clean. Very nice being oceanfront. Unfortunately the washing machine did not work. The air conditioning continued cutting off and on. Other than that we enjoyed our vacation.

Perfectly Charming Oceanfront Cottage

My husband and I recently spent 9 days at this beautiful property. The location is fantastic - quiet community with beautiful beaches. Perfect for some relaxing time away after Labor Day. The public beach access points are 500 feet in either direction of the cottage, so the only other people on the beach near the cottage where from the neighboring properties. We also enjoyed using the private pool in the afternoons. It is the perfect size and depth (about 4 feet, I would estimate) for a quick dip to cool off. We enjoyed cocktails each evening on the deck found between the beach and the house. The blue chairs pictured in the listing are the perfect spot to watch the sun drop over the horizon (not exactly a sunset as the deck faces east, but lovely nonetheless.) However, our favorite part of the cottage was the interior of the home. It is the perfect combination of vintage and updated. The paneled walls and ceilings add to the vintage charm and are accented by many pieces of antique furniture. At the same time, the cottage is wonderfully updated with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The beachy accents throughout remind you where you are without being too obvious. The overall effect makes you feel at home at once. A complete standout for us compared to other places we have rented which focused more on cheap and minimal furnishing and decor. I love to cook and prepared most of our meals during our stay. While I had to get creative a few times, I found the kitchen well-stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and serving/dining pieces. My husband was disappointed to find only one bowl small enough for cereal each morning, but a quick wash, and it was ready for the next day. We did have two days of rain during our stay and decided it would be the perfect time to do our laundry. Unfortunately, this didn't work out as well as we had hoped as the washer and dryer are in the storage room under the cottage which can only be accessed via two sets of outdoor stairs - neither of which are covered. Not a major issue, but just wanted to note this for future guests. We will absolutely stay at this cottage again when we are in the area. While we were by ourselves on this visit, we would gladly bring our kids and grandkids with us next time. There is plenty of room.
