AMAZING location!!!
This is a fantastic property with a location that can’t be beat! We were deciding between this & a place right on the ocean & would pick this every time hands down! To be able to walk (or bike) just 5 minutes to the beach, shopping or dining was the greatest part of our visit & it also gave our teenagers so much more freedom to just run out & grab a coffee or food or whatever they wanted without waiting for us to drive them somewhere.The property had everything we needed & had a great view of the pond below where we enjoyed watching a local alligator bask in the sun. The kids also loved standing on the bridge watching the constant turtles swimming around. We never ended up using the pool or tennis courts but we did notice that even thought it was beautiful pool weather, there were plenty of places to sit by the pool & it wasn’t crowded at all. Parking was easy & convenient and we loved having use of bikes at any time. The decor inside the property was beautiful & we liked that the unit was on the top floor & the kids were upstairs from us & they seemed very secluded here & had their own private spaces.We had a few minor issues and the property owners were very responsive and eager to fix anything that wasn’t working. It was hot during our visit and the AC wasn’t keeping up but they had someone come out and he didn’t take long to fix the issue and it was so much better. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again one day!
