Dieses Indian Rocks Beach Gulf Front Building namens Hamilton House ist bereit für den sofortigen Urlaub und liegt direkt am einzigartigen Sandstrand. Der Ozean ist fast das ganze Jahr über zum Schwimmen geeignet. In den kühlen Monaten können Sie einen privaten beheizten Pool genießen. Unsere 3. Etage 2-Zimmer-Wohnung Nr. 207 bietet einen geräumigen Balkon mit Palmen mit nördlichen schönen Seitenblick auf die schönen Gewässer des Golfs von Mexiko und weißen Sandstrand, der für Meilen geht begrenzt. Die 1100 qm 2 Schlafzimmer-Wohnung verfügt über gemütliche Wohnzimmer, 2 Bäder, Küche mit allen neuen Geräten ein Innenwirtschaftsraum und hat Keramikfliesen überall. Alles neu eingerichtet. Das Gerät wurde frisch gestrichen, hat einen neuen Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Herd und Heizung. Neues zentrales Kühl- und Heizsystem. Der 2500 Pfund schwere Aufzug bietet zusätzlichen Komfort für die Gäste. Zwei signierte Parkplätze (überdacht und nicht überdacht). Die Wohnung befindet sich in günstiger Lage neben dem Lebensmittelgeschäft, Restaurants, Spielplatz und Erholungszentrum. Wir erlauben saisonale und 7-Tage-Mieten.

IRB Beach Stay

We loved this rental! It was comfortable, clean, perfect location, and the host was extremely attentive and available. One day there was a storm coming, and we got a text, letting us know of the weather conditions. Any question we had was answered right away. We love that it was stocked with name brand, Kleenex, toilet paper, and dish soap. Beach view from the side balcony was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this rental. What are you doing?

Easy beach access

The condo was in clean condition and had all that we needed. The weather was quite cool and the host reached out to make sure we knew howto use the heater.

Post Hurricane stay

Great stay weather was good and the condo was as advertised. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and lots to see if you have a car. Hurricane damage was not seen, beach was still very usable, condo was perfectly functioning.

Annual Family Beach Vacation

This was a nice, quaint condo with easy, but secure, assess and updated appliances-fully stocked with everything needed to cook and serve a meal. Located in a fairly quiet area on the beach with a more mature crowd. There is a restaurant or bar across the street that kept up some loud music a few nights during our stay but in general, it was very quiet. Gaining access to the beach and pool was very easy. We did have a random episode when the water heater alarm just went off for no apparent reason but Andre sent someone over right away without us having to call (We were on the beach when it happened). Andre also stopped by to make sure everything was ok. There was also an emergency water shut off for a few hours one day. We were notified in advance and decided to visit Busch Gardens that day which was only about 30 minutes away. A little disappointed that the side view of the beach was more of a sliver of a view and the photo advertised, I suspect, is photoshopped because the water was definitely not blue. It was more of a dirty green/brown like the Atlantic. Overall, a nice, quiet place with easy access to just about everything one could need.

I had a difficult time deciding on the right condo to rent but I am extremely glad we chose Andre's unit. He went above and beyond to ensure our family of 6 had an amazing stay. We will be back next year!

Great location

This was a few steps from the beach and many restaurants. We also enjoyed our nightly stroll to try different ice cream shops. The condo had everything we needed to have our sun and rest beach vacation.

Very clean and nice beach

This unit and the building in general, were very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed and was big enough for our family of 5. The sunsets were amazing and the beach was clean. We were able to walk to pizza, seafood, a bar and surf shop. It is centrally located and you could drive to Clearwater or St. Pete easily for more dining and shopping. What would make it better would be tables with umbrellas or some shade next to the pool as it does get very hot. We had a great week and definitely recommend.

Great place to stay

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was excellent to communicate with. The living room furniture is getting worn and needs to be replaced. The restaurants across the street are awesome!!

A+ on everything but the grills and grilling area had to call Andre as no one cleaned them and are in Bad shape - he did have them cleaned and sent grill toppers over and said they were thinking of replacing- needed get a good gas grille and put a timer shut off for the gas Recommend and will stay again Guppy’s across the street is great and only 20 minutes from airports and Rays stadium

Everything was great. I would have someone inspect lint duct for the dryer it look pretty packed and it wasn’t something we could clean. Just a safety item. This is my second time staying in this unit. Everything is well taken care of. Thank you.

A great place to stay

This property was exactly as advertised; it was super clean; the beds were comfortable; the shower was good; and the kitchen was reasonably well equipped. The owner supplied a lot of beach equipment (chairs, towels, a frisbee, etc.). As for the owner himself -- he's the responsive I've ever dealt with; he answered any and all questions within an hour. The balcony has only a partial view of the ocean (and it was often too windy to sit out, but that's hardly the owner's fault), but it's a pleasant place to sit. The rental was more expensive than I had initially wanted, but we'd consider going there again.
