The condo exceeded our expectations. It's extremely clean and roomy. The beach supplies in the closet, down where you park, are very helpful. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of IRB and with direct beach access. The only drawback is the building's hot tub was closed for repairs. The owner told me that's been a recent issue. I also wish the hot tub area were open after dusk. I was there when it gets dark in between 5 and 6 PM, and it would've been nice to enjoy the hot tub at night.

HUGE condo with all kitchen amenities as well as beach gear. The peoperty was clean inside and out, and the host answered in a timely fashion when i couldht figure out the storage padlock. My balcony was on the side of the building but still had a partial beach view. Id hoghly recommended this property. It's very well suited for a group or family.

We enjoyed our stay so much. We were on our honeymoon and the condo was right on the beach which we loved. The condo was also in good distance to just about any restaurant. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

This property was very clean and well equipped. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The pool and hot tub are next to the beach which is very nice. You can walk to many restaurants and shops from here too. Have rebooked and would recommend to others!

We have no idea what this guest is talking about. This unit is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each stay, and we have only ever received compliments about how clean and airy this unit is. The furniture and the air-conditioning in this unit is all less than a few years old, so there is nothing that needs updating. The dishwasher did break during this guest’s stay, which upset the guest, but we had the dishwasher repair person out the very day after they reported it was broken, and it was quickly fixed.

Relaxing family vacation

If you are looking for a stay that is relaxing, beautiful, and conveniently located, this is the perfect property!! I made so many beautiful memories with my daughter, son in law and 2 year old granddaughter. The house came stocked with so many spices for cooking and there were ample pots and pans, and even plate ware for kids. There are beach toys/chairs, which was a huge plus not having to find rentals. The space is large and we loved the set up. The beds are extremely comfortable. Kathy was so kind, easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond for my family. I could not recommend this place more!

Excellent Stay

We stayed at this beautiful condo for Spring Break. The description is 100% accurate. Nicely decorated and updated. The furniture is very nice and the beds are very comfortable. We've stayed at this complex multiple times but this was our 1st in this unit. We would for sure book this unit again. Thank you to the host for the great communication and a lovely stay!

Spring break getaway

This is our second year staying in this condo and it was just as great as the first. We love the location as the proximity to the beach and local restaurants is great. The unit has everything you might need and is well maintained. Even when the sun wasn't shining and rain was falling, our kids enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Our family loves staying here and we hope to do so again in the future. Communication with the owners was top notch.

Spacious two bedroom view of the surf

Located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. Well stocked kitchen steps to the beach . Our two week stay went by very quickly. If only the weather was a little more cooperative. We used the cooler, cloudy days to go to the Tampa Zoo, Dunedin, and Honey Moon beach State Park, all of which were only a short drive. We appreciated the space and openness of this condo
