Fire up the grill and catch the game inside without missing a moment.

THIRD FLOOR ROOFTOP DECK:
Head up to the third floor and experience the crown jewel of this beach home—a spacious rooftop retreat with panoramic ocean views. ACCESS:
You'll receive a personalized front door code that activates at check-in and deactivates at check-out—no physical keys needed. Enjoy a smooth, contactless arrival and departure.

PARKING:
1 parking spot is available for guest use. in the garage. Please note, parking spot is tight so it is recommended to bring a small car. There is public parking on our street.

TRASH:
All trash must be contained in the provided trash containers and not in the public view.

Trash collection day is Monday, so trash cans need to be put out Sunday evenings to ensure trash is picked up.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
There is a Ring camera at the front door entrance. There are also security cameras on the garage alley side of the home.

CHECKIN & CHECKOUT TIMES:
Checkout - 10am
Checkin - 4pm

-No refunds will be given for weather-related or personal matters. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance prior to taking your trip.
-Must sign rental agreement
-No pets

City of Newport Beach Regulations to be followed:
-Must be 25 years of age to rent
-No parties, large gatherings, or events allowed on property
-Must abide by quiet hours from 10pm to 10am
-Must provide license plate number of vehicle being parked on property
-Guests may use all areas of the home, except for locked owner's closets.
