We have a positive relationship with our neighbors, and ask that you contain your volume, especially while outside. Several neighboring houses have children, so we ask for your utmost respect to keep the neighborhood comfortable, especially for the nearby families.

Trash collection is on Wednesday mornings. We would appreciate it if you put all trash in the black bin and recyclables in the bin with the blue lid located on the right side of the house.

Pets:
We will allow up to 2 house-trained, well-behaved dogs to join on your stay. No cats or other pets will be allowed. There is a large, enclosed backyard, perfect for your furry friends to relax.
No pets on furniture or beds. Pets must be crated when left alone.
Please make sure to clean up the backyard and house from anything pet-related prior to your departure.
Note that any damage to the house or yard will result in a charge for the cost of the repair.
