Suite A has two bedrooms upstairs with a queen bed and full bath in the first bedroom and a king bed and full bath in the second bedroom. Suite B has two bedrooms as well, with a king bed in the first bedroom and a queen bed and bunk bed in the second bedroom. There is a full bath with a jacuzzi tub between the bedrooms. The addition of a (2) twin-over-queen bunk bed on the ground level with an additional two full baths makes this property an ideal choice for families and larger groups.

The ground level also doubles as a vibrant entertainment hub. Equipped with a stylish wet bar and an entertainment center, it’s the perfect space for unwinding. 1. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is allowed outside the property only.
2. Quiet Hours for the entire island are 10PM to 7AM and are enforced by the City. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
3. Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. A cleaning fee will be charged if the property is left excessively dirty.
4. Turn off all lights, lock all doors and windows before leaving the property.
5. Please report any damages or issues immediately.
6. Do not take blankets, sheets or bath towels from the house to the beach.
7. No more than 3 cars maximum for overnight parking.
8. Keep all garbage and recycling in provided totes during stay.
9. Do not tamper with any of the pool heating or filtering equipment.
8. If you are vacationing with your dog, please remember to crate them if you leave the property.
9. All animal waste is to be disposed of in an appropriate manner.
