Are you looking for the perfect beach property in the middle of it all? This 4-bedroom, 4-bath, private-pool home is over 3,000 sq ft and has everything you need for an amazing family vacation! If you do not like stairs, the elevator makes moving through the three main floors a breeze. Your private-heated pool will allow you to swim whenever you want or if you prefer the beach, you are only 2 blocks away. Enjoy live music, all you can eat pancakes, and a full bar within a 5-minute walk, or enjoy a quiet evening at home with a grill and full kitchen to make whatever you would like. There are 2 fresh fish markets within a mile, a large grocery store, and great restaurants are just a short walk. Whatever you need is within walking distance or take the trolley to visit the north or south end of the Island.

When walking into the house you are greeted with a lovely front entrance to store miscellaneous items and sandy shoes. The main level of the house features a large dining room table with seating for ten and the living room features a large smart TV. The kitchen is off the main area and is fully equipped with everything needed to cook your favorite home-cooked meals! It has a table that seats four for the kids' morning cereal or so convenient to grab a quick meal before heading to the beach.

This home has plenty of space with three king suites and a fourth bedroom with a double bunk bed and a separate twin bed. Plenty of space for the kids or another couple. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and a private bathroom with a shower.

The master suite has a large private balcony for your quiet time and morning coffee. The other king bedroom on the second floor has a smaller balcony to enjoy. The balcony off the living room with a ceiling fan adds to your outside enjoyment. Make sure you visit the screened-in top-floor balcony to see the spectacular sunsets over the Gulf or for an adult hideaway.

The garage area is great for the kids with a ping pong table, dart game, and more. With an additional refrigerator, it also allows easy access to your favorite cold beverages when enjoying the pool and grilling your favorite foods.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.
