- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If smoking is detected, your security deposit will be forfeited, and an additional $200 fee will be charged for deep cleaning and odor removal.

- Quiet time is after 10:00 PM.

- Make sure you rinse sand in the shower near the pool before entering and showering in the condo.

- Be conscious and kind of the AC and use at 23C or higher. On rentals over one week there is an electricity cap of $50.

- Do not throw toilet paper into the toilet, please.

- No pets are allowed.

- No parties/events are allowed.
