While occasional insects can occur in tropical environments despite preventative measures, we take these concerns seriously and respond promptly when they are reported. Additionally, there were no reports of roach activity in the unit before your stay or from the subsequent guests. This is a family owned unit with my wife and sons and we try to respond to all guest requests as quickly as possible. Glad we were able to answer your requests and really happy you had a great stay and a wonderful vacation.
