Welcome to Napili Point C35, a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo nestled in the heart of Napili. Spanning 1,059 square feet, this spacious oceanfront retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is designed to help you slow down, unwind, and connect with the rhythm of West Maui. The Napili Point does not have elevators, so there is 1 flight of stairs to access this unit.

Perched above the vibrant reef of Honokeana Bay, C35 offers some of the most mesmerizing views on the island—watch sea turtles glide through the crystal-clear water, take in sweeping views of Moloka'i and Lana'i, and enjoy nightly sunsets that paint the sky in unforgettable hues—all from your private lanai.

The living room is all about comfort and connection—with stylish seating, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and a Queen sofa sleeper for additional guests. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more. Gather at the indoor dining table or take your meals out on the lanai to dine with a view. Just off the hallway, you will find the convenience of a washer and dryer.

With a split air conditioning system, ceiling fans, smoke detectors, outdoor lighting, and a family-friendly layout. C35 is as safe and comfortable as it is beautiful. The main level bedroom features a luxurious King bed, clothing storage, air conditioning, and a TV for your entertainment, and is conveniently located next to the main level bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the airy open loft doubles as a second bedroom, offering a plush King bed and its ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Excellent condo with amazing snorkeling in the bay right out front! Comfortable beds and everything we needed was included. The washer and dryer were especially nice to have. This condo does overlook the pool which made sitting out on the balcony a little awkward at times.

Fantastic location. Napili beach and Kapalua beach are round the corner and are the best in West Maui. And you can see turtles from the balcony. The flat is spacious comfy and clean but furniture it’s quite dated. No coffee machine (which nowadays you find basically everywhere) despite being requested and the price paid.

All Quam Properties are equipped with standard drip coffee makers, as approved by each individual property owner. We apologize if there was an expectation that the unit would include a Nespresso, espresso, or Keurig machine. While these specialty coffee makers are popular, they are not standard appliances in our vacation rentals and are only provided when specifically supplied by the individual condo owner. We are disappointed that this misunderstanding impacted your experience and prevented your stay from being absolutely perfect. Awesome stay! We saw 15-20 turtles in our cove every single morning and got to snorkel with them. The place is a bit older but it’s well maintained and super clean.

We loved our stay! The unit was clean, spacious, and perfect for a family of four with teenagers. It's an easy walk to the beach and a short drive for groceries and restaurants. The entire property is very well maintained, you can snorkel right from the shore with lots of turtles, and we appreciated that there were beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella in the unit. The property managers were also responsive and very helpful when we ran into an issue with our flight being delayed. Very highly recommended!

Our family of four had an amazing time at this condo. It was my husband and our two teenage daughters. The condo was super clean and fuse were great of the Bay. The pool was refreshing and did not have to fight crowds of people almost had it to ourselves every time. The property is very well kept. We did snorkel in the bay several times saw tons of sea turtles beautiful coral and fish. It was a little difficult getting down into the water from the rocks and back up. We loved the area where the condo was located short distance from a great Market. We also walked to the gazebo Restaurant for a great breakfast and went to the Sea House Restaurant. We definitely were glad we found this condo in area to stay at. I guess I didn't read details to realize it was on the second floor which wasn't a big deal but you do have to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs. The views from the condo were breathtaking. It was also very the condo was supplied with extra rolls of toilet paper paper towels laundry detergent dishwasher pods etc. Traveling from Florida it was nice to not have to go and buy additional things. We stayed for five nights and did not have to get other things besides food. Would definitely recommend staying at this condo.

Staying at Napili Point exceeded our expectations in every way. The views are absolutely stunning. You are looking directly out over Honokeana Bay & regularly see sea turtles swimming, with whales visible in the distance, also surfers daily just outside the bay. The views of Molokai & Lanai truly make this location feel special.The unit was spotless, well stocked, & incredibly comfortable. We did not need to purchase anything beyond food during our stay. There were plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, & snorkel gear, along with extra bedding & sheets. The in unit laundry was extremely convenient, & they even provided enough detergent for multiple loads each day during our week long stay.The beds were comfortable & the patio was one of our favorite features. It felt private while offering a stunning view. The entire complex is very well maintained, with staff cleaning & caring for the property every morning.The location is ideal. There is direct access from the rocks into Honokeana Bay, where I was able to take my 3 daughters (5, 8, & 10) snorkeling. The water was calm & the bay felt very safe. Napili Bay is a short walk away & restaurants & snorkel shops are also an easy walk. Groceries & coffee are just a couple minutes by car.Parking was never an issue with a well lit lot. Check in was seamless, communication was proactive, & the nearby management office made everything feel easy & supported. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Quam Properties Hawaii, Inc. is conveniently located in West Maui at Napili Plaza Shopping Center. We provide a variety of services to West Maui and the neighbor islands. We are a family owned and operated management company with over 30 years of experience in Hawaii. We have a full service, dedicated, friendly staff, and attention to details are our primary concern.

Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hawaiian time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
2. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
3. For a cancellation notice received more than 14 days before the check-in date, a refund will not be issued, other than the departure cleaning fee.
4. This loss can be avoided if Travel Protection Insurance was purchased, and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing.
5. Owner/Agent Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that the Property becomes unavailable for any part of the tenancy, Owner/Agent reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Such reasons may include, but will not be limited to, unforeseen repairs, service, maintenance, or any other reason the Owner/Agent deems necessary. Owner and/or Agent may cancel this Agreement and refund in full to the Guest all payments made. The agent will assist in procuring similar alternative accommodation should this situation arise. Guest agrees that any claims against Owner/Agent arising out of performance or non-performance under this agreement shall be limited to a full refund of all consideration previously tendered by Guest.
