Kapalua Ridge 711-13 ist eine atemberaubend schöne umgebaut Honolua Bay / Sonnenaufgang Meerblick mit über 2200 Quadratmetern Fläche. Jedes Detail wurde durchdacht und mit Klasse-Qualität ausgeführt. Diese Villa verfügt über zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer mit WC für bis zu 6 Personen. Es wird innerhalb der Weltklasse an Mauis Nordwestufer gelegen, renommierten Kapalua Resort.

Ridge 711-13 ist ein außergewöhnlich private Villa an der Spitze einer ruhigen Sackgasse in einem tropischen Park wie Einstellung mit unverbaubarem Meer / Honolua Bay / Sonnenaufgang Blick von jedem Zimmer befindet. Die Villa ist ein Erdgeschoss Grundriss ohne Treppen und ist leicht von der überdachten Carport befestigt an der Haustür zu gelangen. Wir haben keine AC, haben wir Dekorateur Ventilatoren in jedem Zimmer, und verlassen sich auf die schöne (wir glauben, in grün) Natur Maui Passatwinde für unsere Kühlung. Das charmante Rückzug verfügt über einen enormen Wrap-around-Lanai (hawaiianische Wort für "Patio") groß genug für eine Teak Esstisch für 6, zwei Liegen sowie ein bequemes Sofa - ideal für die weichen Maui Passatwinde, Sonnenaufgang über Honolua Bay & die grünen West Maui Mountains. Als zusätzliches Extra hat diese Villa prime Sitze für die gelegentlichen spektakulären Feuershow der Ritz Carlton über das Fairway hergestellt ...

Dieses tropische Paradies Villa ist professionell eingerichtet mit Farben von außen - Blau des Ozeans, grau, türkis, Brauntöne, mit Spritzern von Rot, Orange. Die Einrichtung ist elegant und spiegeln die Raffinesse der heutigen erfahrene Reisende aber dennoch komfortable, gemütliche und warme - ein Raum, perfekt für einen Familienurlaub, Hochzeitsreisende oder Gäste aller Altersgruppen.

Kapalua Ridge 711-13 verfügt über zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit einem "geheimen" Studie über die Master-Schlafzimmer-Suite mit California King, zwei Zwillinge Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer, das in ein König gemacht werden kann versteckt. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine große private Veranda mit zwei bequemen Sesseln ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß genug für zwei Zusatzbetten für 2 weitere Gäste. Drei fabelhafte entworfen Bäder verfügen über benutzerdefinierte begehbarer Dusche und eine große Badewanne im Master. Die gut bestückte Chef der Küche wird durch Granit, Glasfliese backsplash, und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl umgeben. Es gibt eine große Kapazität Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Villa für den Komfort der Gäste. Ein übergroßes Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer Entertainment-Center mit einem jeweils in den Schlafzimmern rundet das gemütliche Annehmlichkeiten dieses herrliche Villa.

The Ridge at Kapalua liegt im Herzen des Resorts auf 21 Hektar. Es gibt zwei beheizte Pools mit Gas-Grills, Esstische, Duschen, Getränkeautomaten und Kräutergarten für unsere Gäste. Spacious, pretty, but needs some updates

My first impression of the unit was that it had a great view and was very spacious. Our family enjoyed our own spaces and the location. There were some things that I’ll list below that were great and could be improved upon:Pros: very spacious, 2 huge bathrooms (one smaller), lots of windows, balconies, plenty of sitting areas, washer/dryer (although it broke down), pretty green view with peak of ocean and lots of birds, well designed. Cons: very stingy on towels and supplies, very uncomfortable pillows and bedding, says ‘fully stocked’ kitchen but that is not true at all, no AC, cockroach issue, rugs were dingy and sandy, washer was told to be ‘new’ but it sprung a leak and the inside basket was falling apart. Both beach chairs had busted out zippers, there are two fans in our room, one was broken. It is clear it is a very nice unit or use to be. it just really desperately needs a refresh. I doubt the owners actually use this space because of how desperately it needs a refresh.

Lovely stay in Kapalua

We so enjoyed our week at the Ridge at Kapalua. The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was wonderful having such a a lovely big unit with three bathrooms. We walked everywhere locally - the Honolua store for morning coffee, and local beaches for sun and snorkeling. Perfect spot to relax and unwind!

Breathtaking views and spacious

Love this spacious villa with incredible views and lanais off of every room. The main lanai wraps around the outer sides of the living room and dining room. The luscious tropical views are what you imagine Hawaii to be in your dreams. You could live in the two larger bathrooms! Everything you need is provided; linens, kitchen etc.. The home is located in a quiet private neighborhood along the golf course and within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Both pools are just a couple minutes walk as well. Shuttling around the Kapalua neighborhood is a nice convenience too.

Wonderful Condominium with a Million Dollar View!

This condominium was excellent for a family of 6! Very nicely decorated, two large bedrooms and 3 baths! lots of space so you are not stepping over each other and the view from the huge lanai is absolutely incredible. It has large table that everyone could have dinner at - including additional family members that were over for Thanksgiving Dinner! Furthermore, the beds were comfortable, and there was extra bedding for the pull-out couch in the living room. Our host was excellent - she sent information ahead of time, checked in to see how we were doing and was gracious enough to allow for a late check out (since there was no one coming immediately behind us). Furthermore, the Kapalua resort is absolutely beautiful; there are three beaches within walking distance and the coastline is breath taking. I would absolutely recommend this location and would stay here again.

Overall our stay was nice. They were only a couple of small draw backs. There is a wedding chapel nearby. The party can be heard well into the night. Weddings are very popular in this area. It clearly states in the listing that the condo does not have air conditioning so this one is on me. It can be very warm and humid. I under estimated this. We visited in March. I cannot imagine staying there in the summer months. The condo has everything that you will need for your stay. The pools on the property were well maintained. Hope that you enjoy hearing the roosters crow. There are several in the area.

Zen like ocean views with cooling breezes through open windows

This condo has the most wonderful views of the ocean, and when we opened the louvered windows, we enjoyed a very relaxing and cooling breeze that filled each of the bedrooms, kitchen and sitting areas. Perched high above the golf course, the quiet views are what justify this location. It is only a 5 minute walk to a nearly vacant Ironwood Beach where we frequented on several sunset walks. The kitchen has been updated in a modern style and is a very easy space to prep meals and cleanup for three or four guests working at the same time. The eating table was perfect for a family of five. The bedrooms and showers worked well for us, and we also used the pullout couch bed. The carport offers shade through the day to help keep your rental car cool. The best part is that there is no parking fees typical of the big resort condo developments. Walking Pineapple Hill through the tall Cook Pines in the early morning sunshine is secluded and a great time to get the day started with exercise and reflecting on life during this 2.5 mile round trip route that can include a walk past the Honolulu Store and shops for a coffee or drink of water. In all, this location was great for us and one we would likely use again. Enjoy!

Bugs, bugs, and more bugs

The Kapula properties are fine, but this particular first story unit is under constant attach from bugs. We had to remove 20-30 worms each day from crawling up the walls and on the carpet. At last once a day a huge cockroach would run across the living room, eventually dying somewhere, presumable from bug spray. Also mounds of centipedes were continuously crawling in to the middle of the floor. It was pretty awful experience. Secondly, even though beaches are close by, its a straight uphill walk back to the unit, and parking lots only have a few spaces and are always full. The view from the unit is okay... the rest of the units in the area have a much nicer ocean view. I would certainly not stay here again.

Rocky start, great stay

We stayed at this condo for our final week in Maui, after spending time elsewhere on the island. Overall the unit itself, the location and of course the weather, were all great. The condo itself is as described and pictured in the listing, with comfortable beds, ample space, and nicely appointed rooms. The condo has a beautiful view over the Kapalua Bay Golf Course with The Ritz Carlton as a backdrop, and the ocean off to the left. Though there wasn't a direct sunset view from this unit (we visited in mid-January), the after-glow and moonrise was fantastic. A word of notice though is for those looking to utilize the kitchen, while it is fairly well equipped with kitchen implements and tools, it has no 'basics' (IE salt, pepper, spices, etc.). While there were piles of basket coffee filters, the coffee maker requires a cone filter, which was not provided. While the stay itself was wonderful, the entire trip was overcast by the unfortunate interactions we had with the managers/hosts of the property prior to our arrival. As the COVID-19 pandemic continued to unfold during this time, the Canadian government issued a Travel Advisory, informing all Canadians that non-essential travel should be avoided at all costs. As such, we reached out to the property managers to see about some leniency in their cancellation policy (this travel advisory was put in place after the final deadline for cancellation and a partial refund was offered). After reaching out to the property managers, we were informed in a very unhospitable manner that there would be no considerations for Federally mandated travel advisories, and that we knew the risks when making the booking in summer 2020. While there are many layers to this situation, the manner in which we were spoken to, and the lack of compassion and kindness was completely off-putting. Working in the hospitality industry is a challenging experience at times, however it does not negate the norms of social kindness, courtesy and consideration expected from any establishment, especially paying the rates we were. Our options were to either forfeit our fully paid for condo (nearly $7,000.00 CAD), or take the risk and make the trip. Clearly we decided to take the risk, disregard a Federally mandated travel order and go ahead with our trip as planned. While we are glad we did, the abrupt and unsympathetic communications with the property managers was completely uncalled for and could have been handled in a more profes

Spacious Condo in Quiet, Beautiful Location

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo, large lanai w/ views of the ocean and 18th hole of the golf course. The condo had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for our family of five. Other Pros: Quiet, more secluded location, lush landscaping, quick walk to Oneloa Bay, walking trails, & the responsiveness of the property manager, Kim Marie, who was fast to respond from booking thru check-in/check-out. We also enjoyed the breeze and ocean sounds through the open louvers at night. Cons: Bugs and lack of flexibility during COVID-19 crisis. BUGS: We were greeted by dozens of little black millipede looking bugs all over the floor of the condo, mainly on the carpets in the bedrooms, most dead but some alive. We checked in around 6pm and Kim Marie told us that they had recently sprayed for pests and assured me that the condo was cleaned that morning. I'm not sure how so many bugs managed to get inside and die in a matter of a few hours, but alas, we vacuumed them up and moved along. We continued to find them crawling on the walls and floors throughout our stay but it didn't bother us much. We live in the South therefore are accustomed to pests. We also found a very large cockroach who made his home in the toilet (and, umm, USED the toilet as well)! Totally gross but a quick flush and toilet scrub took care of that problem. I think pests are to be expected due to the lush tropical landscaping around the property, but if you're not comfortable with bugs, this may not be the place for you. COVID-19: I reached out to Kim Marie 2 weeks prior to our stay to ask if she'd be willing to work with us as we have elder care obligations and could not risk being stranded on HI w/ the spread of the virus & travel restrictions imminent. We were leaning towards postponing our vacation. She stated that we were in the "non-refundable period" so no. Our biggest fear almost became a reality as our flight home was canceled. We were able to book an earlier flight and checked out a day early however did not get refunded for that night. I know I shouldn't be surprised but the circumstances were out of our control. We heard (although did not confirm this) that the owners were trying to leave CA during the outbreak, but could not stay at their place since we were there. It would have worked out for everyone if they had been willing to let us postpone. It is my hope that they are well & have adjusted their policy for others during these uncertain times.

The view is awesome, the condo not so much.

I've stayed at the Ridge Villas before so I was expecting the same quality/cleanliness as those units. Toilet in the 2nd bedroom was clogged when we arrived, no TVs would turn on, the curtains were falling off the hooks & no AC. I hadn't checked since the units I stayed in before had AC. Tried calling Kim at the numbers in the paperwork many times that night. Got a message that said she was not accepting calls at this time. There was no option to leave a message on any number given. So I sent a message in the VRBO app telling her how disappointed I was & did she have another unit we could be moved to. She responded the next day, said she just saw my missed calls that I should have left a message & the curtain was fine & she did not have a place to move us.(There was no option to leave a message & the curtains were not fine & very dirty too) She scheduled someone that day to come fix the toilet. She said AC was not in the amenities list (this was my fault, I assumed it did) & she said to follow instructions on how to turn on the TVs (very condescending). We had to reboot the box that TVs were hooked up to which wasn't mentioned in the instructions. She responded again and said that she had a family emergency & going to the airport & she hoped the rest of the stay was smooth. The toilet got fixed & the curtains were put back on their hooks that day. The paperwork mentions ants. Not to leave food out & take trash out daily (we did at least twice per day). I missed the other reviews mentioning bugs. There were huge cockroaches & many centipedes we would find on the floors & kitchen counters. I didn't bother to contact her again about this because of her family emergency and condescending response in our earlier communication and not being able to move us. Louvers have to be open for air circulation & there are issues with the screens not being tight/holes/missing(bug entry?). Carpets are stained & dirty. Master bathroom had crooked handles on the sink, faucet pullout sprayer housing in tub was not attached. Shower faucet housing moves around & shower has a constant drip which causes the shower floor be constantly wet & moldy. They have to know about this. Shoes aren't supposed to be worn inside. Our feet got very dirty walking on the floors. The things to do in area book is filled with outdated information. When you pay the prices charged for this condo, you expect a clean, bug free stay. This is absolutely not what we received.

Wedding in Kapalua

We came to get married and absolutely loved this condo! The views on the deck, the kitchen, the living room, the 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms were all clean and gave off a homey feeling. The first night, the totilets in 2 of the 3 three bathrooms were not flushing due to water being turned off? Anyways, I contacted Kim Marie and she sent over to Darren that same night about an hour late who fixed them and we had no issues the rest of the trip. The deck view is fantastic, but is a little bit of a walk to the beach. The condo does have a boogie board and multiple chairs to bring to the beach. We barbecued multiple nights as there are (2) Weber barbecues in the pool area two building down (super convenient). Overall, this place was what we expected and more and hope to be coming back sometime in the future. Thank you Matt, Bridget, and Kim Marie!
