Lage, Lage, Lage! Gelegen zwischen Lahaina und Kapalua finden Sie die malerische Stadt Kahana. Kahana-Napili liegt weniger als 15 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Lahaina entfernt und bietet einige der besten Restaurants der Insel. Hier können Sie schnorcheln, paddeln, Kajak fahren, Wale beobachten oder einfach die Sonne genießen.

Atemberaubende Ausblicke auf Molokai und Lanai aus allen Wohnbereichen dieser sensationellen Einheit im Sand von Kahana. Neu renoviert und alle neuen, verbesserten Möbel und luxuriösen Ausstattungen. Diese seltene, klimatisierte Einheit mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern und privater Veranda ist eine der geräumigsten Einheiten am Wasser in Maui. Sobald Sie Ihre Ferienwohnung betreten, atmen Sie den sensationellsten Meerblick ein. Man müsste ein Kreuzfahrtschiff sein, um dem Ozean näher zu kommen.

Die große Küche ist komplett für den Gourmetkoch ausgestattet. Brandneue Edelstahlgeräte wie Geschirrspüler, Herd, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank mit gefiltertem Wasser und Eisspender von der Tür aus. Wenn Sie all die fantastischen Restaurants im Westen von Maui satt haben, können Sie bei Sonnenuntergang ein hausgemachtes Essen oder einen Grillabend genießen.

Der großzügige Wohn- und Essbereich bietet eine herrliche Aussicht und viel Platz für Versammlungen. Jedes Möbelstück ist brandneu und mit Kunstwerken und geschmackvollem Dekor akzentuiert.

Das vordere Hauptschlafzimmer hat die gleiche atemberaubende Aussicht und ein Kingsize-Bett. Die Rückseite ist auch eine Master-Suite und beide haben alle neue Bettwäsche sowie komplett renovierte Badezimmer mit Granit und gefliesten Duschen.

Die günstige Lage mit Parkplätzen vor Ort und der brandneuen, stapelbaren Waschmaschine und Trockner sorgen für einen komfortablen und sorgenfreien Urlaub. Maui ruft an!

There is not a place to rent canoes or kayaks on site. Condo is beautifully decorated with stylish and new furniture. View from condo through the large window wall and lanai are amazing. We had a pair of love sparrows perched outside our window on the palm tree all week guarding her nest she made in the eaves of our unit. Pool, beach, restaurant on site, we had a lovely time.

This condo really stands out for the views and being right on the ocean! The patio and front window are absolutely beautiful and were definitely the highlight of our stay.That said, there were a few areas that fell short, especially for the price. The beds were quite firm, and with four adults staying, the unit only had three beach chairs, which made it a bit inconvenient for all four of us to enjoy sitting on the beach together. It would also have been a nice touch to provide a few laundry pods; we ended up purchasing detergent for a few loads and left extras behind for future guests.The building itself is older (maybe built in the late 70s) and has a very laid-back vibe, but it can be noisy. We had some rowdy neighbors during our stay, and the back bedroom in particular doesn’t offer much sound insulation, and you can hear quite a bit through the windows. They did, however, offer sound machines.Overall, you’re largely paying for the incredible view. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, just steps from the pool, beach, and a fun restaurant, and we really enjoyed the pool and spa. All in all, we enjoyed parts of our stay, but we’re not sure the overall value quite matched the price we paid.

Aloha Natalie, We are saddened to see that you were not able to leave us a 5 star review and felt that you were essentially only paying for the view. Sands of Kahana offers some of the largest living space for condos on the west side and your rate was actually a discounted rate. Our guests usually reach out asking what types of beds we have so they can purchase when they get home so I am sorry you didn't find them comfortable. As for the beach chairs and laundry pods ai wish you would have given us the opportunity to address those issues while you were staying in our unit. Although we state in our description that we do not guarantee them as we constantly run into issues with broken chairs or missing chairs, as guests seldom tell us when one goes missing or is broken, we could have made arrangements to get some pods to you or even a chair. Again, it's unfortunate that we didn't this out until reading your review. - Vance

Beautiful! Just as described! We throughly enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for our first visit to Maui with two couples!! Fast check-in after our long travel was much appreciated.Very clean and well-stocked kitchen with everything you need (you would be hard-pressed NOT to find anything you needed) They thought of everything down to beach chairs, floats and coolers (which we put to good use during our road trips!) We absolutely loved our stay at this fabulous condo! The views were just stunning…AMAZING! It had all the little extra touches that made our time here so comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bathrooms were great too. Our family had such a restful getaway—it was really tough to say goodbye! A Great Vacay Getaway!

Appointments were lovely, location and view were fantastic, the kitchen was stocked with quality utensils every cook would appreciate, and more than enough clothes hangers! Much appreciated the pool and water toys, beach towels, and air conditioning! Restaurant and Bar on site were handy too. We saw lots of sea turtles as well as some dolphins right from the veranda.

Beautiful Property

This property provided the setting for a wonderful vacation week in Maui. It is the little details that sets this spacious property above others - like plenty of hangers in the closets, the many small appliances in the well-equipped kitchen and provided beach accessories. We spent many hours on the lanai taking in the spectacular views. Owners were quick to respond to communications prior to and after arrival.

Stunning!!

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. It is much larger than any other we have stayed at before. The view is absolutely amazing and the sunsets are stunning! We saw whales and plenty of turtles from the property! The home was immaculate, fully stocked with everything we needed and the beds and pillows are VERY comfortable! We didn’t want to leave, but we will certainly return!

Paradise

Great place. Very comfortable for two adult couples. Stayed at places with a little better beach but the resort and room where outstanding. Location is good with just short drives to shopping and dining. Wonderful week in paradise!

My husband and I have been coming to Maui for 20 years and always rented condos owned by individuals and we were lucky to find Sands of Kahana. We fell in love with the location and size of the units.
We have been in real estate in Southern California for 30 years and loved coming to visit family and friend here on island. We have raised 3 wonderful children and they are now starting families of their own, leaving us more time to come and stay on island. We look forward to becoming full time residence.

We looked to buy for 3 years as we wanted the ocean front building. It was our desire to UPGRADE the condo rental experience. We are looking to rent to people that appreciate the extra touches and know how to take care of nice cookware and wine glasses. It is our desire to make a 5 star vacation for each and everyone of our guests.

The most unique thing that we did with this remodel, is all of the units have the front bedroom open to the living area and many do not have AC.

We closed off the master bedroom to allow for more privacy and added AC to both bedrooms and the living room.

Additionally, we spared no expense to the quality furniture, art and extras to allow for a comfortable stay. ALOHA
