Dieses Penthouse verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Gourmetküche, einen Essbereich, ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Flachbild-TV und einen Highspeed-Internetzugang.

Mit direktem Meerblick ist dieses Penthouse am Strand in El Zalate wirklich luxuriös! Genießen Sie die Aussicht auf Palmilla Point und Punta Gorda und beobachten Sie, wie die Sonne und der Mond über dem Cortez-Meer aufgehen. Das Penthouse mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern verfügt über einen offenen Wohn- / Ess- / Küchenbereich, der auf eine große Terrasse führt, die sich für Unterhaltung und Entspannung im Freien eignet.

El Zalate is a low density condo with great views, walkable eats, and a friendly vibe. We have rented many units there but find Brad’s to be the best for finer finishes, patio peace and helpful support team. See you in 2027!

This property is fabulous! Really, from top to bottom! It is exactly as photographed (which is not always the case!) The condo is fully stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms, bedrooms have plenty of linens, and there are so many little extras available to guests. Every space was VERY comfortable. The outdoor living space, complete with the most beautiful views, is where we “lived”. We are a family of 6, all adults, and we couldn’t have been happier at any other property. The grounds are very pretty, the pools are great, and you will feel very safe with all of the secured areas and security. The location is good, some walkable cafes, a restaurant, bars and convenience stores. Communication with the owners was consistent and responsive. We will stay here again when visiting Cabo!

Condo was fabulous Perfect location for all the activities we had planned in San Jose. Would stay again. Minor hiccups - condo did not have paper towels but the condo manager brought some to us- so no issue Kitchen had random small ants. Nothing that was an issue but just more annoying Both the VRBO host, Brad and the condo manager had amazing communication and helped us plan some Of our activities around the around and restaurant picks.

Absolutely perfect!

Our family stayed here for our Spring Break and it was absolutely perfect. We are a family of four and the condo had more than enough space for us to spread out and relax. The place was exactly as listed (even exceeded expectations). We spent ample time on the balcony relaxing and watching the waves. We had a lovely dinner in the formal dining area. Absolutely no complaints. It was seamless. We hope to be back!

Great stay at El Zalate

This property is beautiful and centrally located. Everyone we met was beyond friendly and helpful. Great communication with the owner & property manager. Views are great, pool area is outstanding. We knew the beach wasn't "swimable" but it was gorgeous and we walked the beach every day. Mama Mia's and Zipper's are beach bars, Mama Mia's is right next door, and they are great!

Best place ever!

We absolutely loved this unit. It was very spacious and decorated immaculately.The location was perfect, we could walk to 3 or 4 restaurants in less than 5 minutes. The 24 hour security made us feel very safe. We loved sitting on the huge wrap around terrace watching Whales as we ate breakfast. We will definitely be back next year!

Loved our stay!

We just spent a wonderful week in this 3 bedroom El Zalate condo in San Jose del Cabo. The condo is beautifully decorated as seen in the photos and well equipped with everything we needed. Every morning we watched the sunrise from the expansive and comfortable deck, the pools on the grounds were immaculately kept and never an issue to get a lounge chair by the pool. Easy access to downtown San Jose del Cabo and other local beaches. We will go back for sure!

If you are looking for a spacious, well-appointed condo in a great location with amazing views, this is your place. The interior furnishings are comfortable yet very pretty. The decor is unique and adds charm. The layout is really wonderful and the inside laundry is an added bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dinnerware, glasses and more. The grounds are well maintained and the beach is expansive. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby, but it is easy to get to the town center, as well. Finally, the patio is the place the hang. The view is spectacular and the furniture is perfect for the various spaces. We loved our stay.

Absolutely beautiful condo in a terrific location

Our family had an excellent vacation at this condo. It is very conveniently located near San Jose and the airport. There is lots of space across the 3 bedrooms, the beautiful kitchen, the warm and cozy family room, and the FABULOUS, well-appointed terrace with stunning views of the ocean. The sunsets are to die for! The kitchen has everything you need, even for the advanced chef. We appreciated the good supply of beach/pool towels as well. The El Zalate property is very nice and well maintained, with 2 beautiful pools and a nice hot tub. We made use of the gym which is smallish but has everything you need for a great workout. We will definitely return!

Spectacular place!!

Wow, this gorgeous condo exceeded our expectations. It's beautifully furnished & solidly built, so each of our three couples felt we had great privacy. The artwork and decor are stunning, perfect for this vibe. The amenities provided were amazing - from binoculars sitting out for whale watching from the expansive deck, to ALL the kitchen & comfort things you could need (coolers, coffee makers, Stanley cups to take beverages down to the pool, blender, juicers, some food/seasoning staples, etc...) The wrap around deck is the HIGHLIGHT of the condo - with comfy built in seating, along with outdoor dining, a working grill, chaise lounges, and a whole outside living room couch set up. we lived out there as much as we could! Sunrises and sunset views from here are spectacular! Location was perfect - easy to get Ubers for a quick drive into San Jose but also walkable which was delightful. Mamma Mia restaurant right next door on the beach made it easy for anyone to walk over for a meal or drinks, along with delicious options a little further beach walk the other direction (Pescadito Break had delicious food & drink, plus Zippers). Sardina Cantina on the street side was also great, in easy walking distance. The condo complex is perfect size - friendly and helpful security folks, along with year round condo owners who were friendly and welcoming. Two pools and a hot tub, and plenty of lounges available every day we went down to bask in sun poolside. PERFECT LUX VACATION!

BEST EVER!!

Our party of 4, two adult couples, stayed in this unit in December, 2017. We have booked oceanfront condos in Cabo many times previously but we all agreed this was the VERY BEST ONE EVER! This 3 bdrm unit is nicely decorated, has modern appliances, extremely nice big rooms, and was generously stocked with anything and everything from paper towels to beach chairs. The lanai is spectacular with an amazing panoramic view of the coast! It is very spacious and has loads of comfortable seating. The lanai has a mostly sunny exposure in the early morning but by late morning both sunshine and shade are available and remain so throughout the rest of the day. This unit has 2 huge master suites, an ample sized 3rd bedroom, and plenty of hot water for showers. We notified the unit manager, Andres, of a small shower faucet leak and it was promptly fixed by the next morning. We were told by Andres that the whole El Zalate complex has purified water and, in addition, this unit has a separate water dispenser on the kitchen sink with its own additional filter. The air conditioning and WIFI worked perfectly, as did everything else. The unit is right on the beach and a "stones throw" to the shoreline. This part of Cabo has very few beach vendors which is an additional benefit. The melodious sound of waves breaking on the shore can be heard throughout the unit. The El Zalate condo complex pool area is on the other side of the building so pool noise would never be an issue. The El Zalate complex itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and has 2 large pools, plenty of cushioned lounge chairs, some umbrellas for shade, and a nice hot jacuzzi. There were very few other guests at the complex and we were told by some other owners we met there that the complex is typically quiet and uncrowded. There are a number of friendly security guards quietly patrolling the grounds and there is a security guard 24/7 at the entrance to the parking lot. We felt very safe and secure. About 100 yards down the beach is a very nice, convenient restaurant, Mama Mia's, that has a tasty and reasonably priced menu along with a bargain happy hour for afternoon drinks. Two big supermarkets and a Starbucks are an easy 20 minute walk and the town of San Jose Del Cabo, with plenty of good restaurants, is a very short car, bus, or taxi ride away. All in all we had a great trip and can't wait to book this unit again next year!!

The property was a little farther out from town than we had expected.We had to get an Uber every time we left. However Uber rides were short and affordable . The property has a private pool and hot tub right on the beach we really enjoyed. The patio to the condo was very large and comfortable . The grill was large and clean.
