Welcome to Casa Carlson!

This 3 bedroom luxurious penthouse condo is located in the exclusive brand new complex Soleado! You will love the location as you are right on the beach and have access to amenities such as community pool and occasionally restaurant/bar on site- closed Tuesday. This property is exactly what you are looking for - the Perfect Cabo Vacation!

Everything in Casa Carlson is brand new from the furniture, bedding, to all of the appliances! You will love the unobstructed view of the ocean that you can see from the hallway walking into the condo. How amazing to be able to sit in the living room or on the terrace and watch the sunrise!

The condo is equipped with everything you need to cook a nice meal at home. There is a TV in the living room and master bedroom.

You will have WIFI available as well.

The property is located in San Jose del Cabo and is about a 15 minute walk to the grocery store La Comer or about a 25 minute walk into downtown San Jose del Cabo. There is a wide selection of restaurants to pick from as well as shopping! You can also take an Uber or taxi for those days that you don't want to walk.

This is a wonderful condo nestled in a quiet part of SJD. The 6th floor view is breathtaking from the private pool. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen has everything you could want during your stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a beautiful Cabo vacation.

Wonderful condo and property. Beautiful views from the patio, direct beach access, and private roof top pool were all huge pluses. View from the private pool can’t be beat! AC and ceiling fans in every living or sleeping space, which is awesome. Condo had all of the necessary amenities and then some; plenty of beach gear, towels, etc. Lunch at the onsite restaurant was really good. Costa Azul Beach is literally a step away from the property and Pamilla Beach, which is one of the most swimmable beaches in San Jose, is a 5 or so min Uber away. Location is really close to San Jose; a five to 10 min Uber ride will get you to the Downtown Centeo area where there are lots of great restaurants, shops, and bars. Vibe is much more chill and relaxed than Cabo, Check out Petite Cellar for drinks; great wine and amazing tequila selection along with Charcuterie. Also recommend Ruba’s Bakery and Bistro. Had breakfast and dinner there and both were great. Don’t let the price of the condo keep you away. We are so glad we decided to spend a little more on quality and location. Totally worth it. Can’t wait to go again!

Please note that this property is located in a condo complex, so the HOA is in charge of the water pump. The issue started late evening on Saturday-- with the pump sending water on and off, but was resolved by 9 am Sunday. The HOA fixed the issue in less than 12 hours. Our company also brought water jugs to the property for assistance to flush toilets when needed. The HOA has fixed this issue and no further issues went on. We stayed for a week to attend a family wedding nearby. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of 5 adults. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and the surfers in the am. The pool and beach are lovely and we found the onsite staff and rental contact to be very attentive and helpful throughout the stay. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful condo with its own rooftop pool and spectacular views of the beach. Very modern design
