With a completely updated bathroom, including a towel warmer, and 2 cozy bedrooms, featuring a queen bed in one room and 2 full beds in the “kids’” room, this property is perfect for a small group or family. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like radiator heating, AC (mini splits), WiFi (including Hulu live, Disney +, and Netflix), a coffee bar, snacks, and a full kitchen with new appliances.

This house is conveniently located within walking distance to Macalester College, and a short trip to St. Kate’s and St. Thomas - perfect for visiting your student, and is also in the heart of the Mac Groveland neighborhood in case you need some overflow space for friends or family.

If you’re just visiting St. Paul, Joan’s Place is located near restaurants and coffee shops, parks, playgrounds, swimming pools, grocery stores, and a short walk to the A Line bus stop that will take you to a Loons game or the State Fair.

A few things to note:
- No dishwasher (I know - this can be a bummer)
- No pets
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No access to the backyard
- No garage: street parking is free. We just ask you to be courteous to the neighbors and park in front of the house if possible.
