Location is great if you are dealing with the airport. It's a bit like going to grandmas house that she has "updated". Beds are very comfortable.

This house is in a great location. It is close to a market, coffee shops, and restaurants. The house is clean and well-supplied. I have never seen a hairdryer in a rental. I particularly appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

This location was the perfect spot for our vacation to Saint Paul, MN! Loved running along Summit and Grand Ave! A quick walk to so many restaurants, shops, and coffee houses. The top floor master room was nice and cold for sleeping on a hot summer days! The basement bar and game room with Pac-Man and darts was super fun!

1304 Grand is a lovely home!! The kitchen has everything you need. They even leave you a small reusable grocery bag for those quick trips to Kowalski’s! The beds were comfortable, plenty of bath towels and toiletries are there in the bathrooms. Parking off the alley is very easy. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. I highly recommend Colossal for breakfast. Green Mill makes a great pizza. We had a change to our travel plans and they were very accommodating. They were able to make the house available the night before our original arrival which made life much easier. Our son lives down the alley so I am sure we will be back!

Upstairs primary suite was spacious and comfortable. Home was clean and easy to get too. Staff at MinneStay were very responsive when we had a question. If you have trouble going up and down steps this would not be a good choice. Garage and parking in the back of the house are great. The street parking was always full.
