Perfect stay!

Great little place to stay close to downtown. Very inexpensive compared to other down town listings. Everything was fully stocked. Check in and check out weren’t complicated. Definitely will be staying here again when I’m back in town.

Relaxing

This property was the first Vrbo home we rented. The experiece was fantastic. The home was everything it promised. I stayed with my daughter and her 2 friends for her 18th birthday. So much was provided to make our stay comfortable... many amenities were provided, the kitchen had everything you needed for food prep, bathroom sheet towels, to extremely comfortable beds...whatever was needed, it was there. The home was plenty spacious for the 4 of us and privacy was great. The check in and check out was a breeze.

Summer trip to Minneapolis

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this Kingfield home. It was in a walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants and it was a short drive to downtown. The home is perfect for a family of three such as mine but could also work if you have more then one child because there are bunk beds in one room and the beds are queen size. They also store an extra bed in the main bedroom closet. The kitchen and bathroom are both good sizes and have everything you need. The backyard had a huge trampoline in it which is right in front of the rental home and it was a little difficult to get suitcases through the back yard. It is a pretty tight path to get to the home because of the stuff in the yard but once you get in the home it is great.

Three-week stay

This is a lovely apartment. It looks as though it was just constructed recently, and everything is new and efficient. The owners were very helpful and did their best to provide anything we needed. We were there for three weeks while my husband had significant surgery at UM Fairview. I felt comfortable staying there by myself, but it was also comfortable for the two of us. Unfortunately the weather was quite awful, with lots of snow and ice. This made it difficult to navigate the path back behind the house to the apartment. The owners provided salt and grit for the walks, and they did all the snow removal. They also helped me find a place to park my car when I was required to move off the street for snow plowing. Although we managed fine, I would hesitate to recommend this place to anyone with a physical disability who might have trouble walking. Otherwise, it was a delightful place.

The space is perfect for a weekend in town, separated from the main house and set back off the road. Perfect accommodations for a small group exploring the city and has plenty of the necessities for quick meals.

Not ready for a guest

The place was clean and the pictures were accurate. I was not sent a text for entry code at the appropriate time. On the second call, the host gave me the code. The unit didn't have coffee, didn't have more than a quarter roll of paper towels (no back-up), almost no hand soap in the bathroom, and no laundry detergent. I ended up going to the store on three separate trips to furnish the unit with supplies that should have already been there. The host had not checked on any of these supplies. He was not ready for a guest

Home away from Home

We enjoyed the stay at this cottage. It is a beautiful home with a fully stocked kitchen including cooking utensils, spices, and dishes. The shower has perfect temperature and pressure and bathroom included toiletries items that might be forgotten at home. I gave one star just for the street parking and walk behind the house which wasn’t difficult but also not ideal.
