Perfect location!

Simple and sweet place to stay on the beach. Walking distance from all the hot spots. We will definitely be back!

Good time had at the Phoenix.

Everything was as described. This was on the smaller side of any beach condo/hotel we’ve stayed in, but overall not a bad experience. All linens were provided and changed out daily if needed since there are no washer/dryers in this unit. Not sure if there are in any other units or not. It’s basically a hotel with a condo feel is the best way I can explain it.

Great location. Dirty room.

Great location. The cleaning staff is not up to par. The bathroom was not cleaned and the floor was not swept very well and definitely not mopped. There was a couple of pair of socks wrapped up in the blanket. With the exception of the cleaning staff everyone else was on point. Very courteous.

A place to come back to.

The view from condo is spectacular! Location is great as right off the beach in the middle of gulf shores. Unfortunately, room was not ready at check in and was over an hour and fifteen mins late! We never got towel service while there, even though requested 3 times. All they did was change the kitchen garbage, so that was frustrating but we made do. It was quiet and peaceful. One aggravating thing was the pool always getting closed if lightning was within 10 miles even if it was perfectly sunny outside. Also, no shade at pool anywhere! Definitely could use an awning over part of pool. Staff was definitely visible including security and always pleasant. Overall, we had a nice visit though.

Great location, good value.

Building appears to be on the older side, but grounds were clean, and building was overall well maintained. Pluses- Very convenient. Walk to a variety of restaurants, bars. miniature golf, etc. Check out “The Hangout” if you stay here. Hotel is oceanfront with very nice beach. Pool was on the smaller side, but adequate, clean and refreshing. Front Desk staff and check-in were great. Room was spotless and bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of parking during my entire visit. Ops for Improvement - One of the two elevators was out of service the whole time which resulted in long waits while other guests and cleaning staff all used one. Regarding cleaning staff, they did a great job cleaning the rooms, but a few were less than hospitable on the elevators. Exterior floors (at leased on the 6th floor where I stayed) would benefit from some new paint. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would go back if going to that beach again.

Great location

Great location! Room was exactly as described. The only down side was only one elevator was working at the building. Which meant long waits for the elevator.

Small but nice

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was nice for a weekend stay. With only one bedroom, it is small. I wouldn't stay here with more than two adults and two kids. There is no washer/dryer, so be prepared to have beach towels hanging everywhere (but not on the balcony...they will call you and tell you to take them off). The bunk beds are cute, but the bottom bunk is a tight squeeze (not much headroom). It's perfect for small kids, though.

Good time

Being on 6th floor was an experience, getting use to it. But the view is great from balcony Despite all the construction next door, we managed. The weather was great for 3 days-water beautiful blue to match the sky. We thought the room or hotel room with kitchen was great. Overall. Great------- Thanks

Clean but not comfortable

There was 1 positive element of this property. I was clean. The couch and chair probably date back to the 1980's, stained and uncomfortable. The bed had more waves than the ocean. my back still has not recovered. The smell of cleaning products was overwhelming, so I can say it was clean. The water had a stale taste, had to use bottled water for coffee. I know it wasn't just Florida water, because I drank water at every restaurant I visited. the beach was beautiful, just as it is at most beach condos. I was visiting Gulf Shores to purchase a condo as an investment property. I will not be purchasing a Phoenix property, nor will I be staying at one ever again

Very clean . Perfect location

Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean, that’s always a first.!!!! Included plenty of towels. Didn’t give it a five star, like the earlier reviews stated , elevators very slow, but we managed fine. Another draw back was that they began construction during part of our stay & they had to close the beach access for last two days of our stay but at least we were close to the public beach walkway behind pink pony pub. Bob cats were little noisy when wanting to hear the sound of waves from the balcony. I realize sometimes this can’t be helped. Overall, very nice condo. Was very pleased with our vacation choice and will choose this condo when we return. I also like the no smoking and the noise level policies endforced.

Lovin' the Beach

My husband and I like to take a romantic fall trip and stay close to fun places. Phoenix All Suites Hotel is great for a weekend get-a-way. We love that we can walk to the Pink Pony, the Hangout, and even Sea & Suds. We park our car and don't crank up again until we leave. We will be back again this fall.
