A coastal gulf side condo with easy access to all the amenities that Palm Beach Resort has to offer. Walk out through your patio and be within steps of one of the two pools located right beside the Gulf of America. Take advantage of the resort style amenities including a heated outdoor pool, fitness center, charcoal grilling area, and beach board walk just steps from your unit. Savor the immaculate views that the Alabama shoreline has to offer.

Walk into this ground floor one bedroom comfortable and spacious condo. The bedroom offers a king-size bed with large en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and large soaking tub and walk-in shower. Also accessible in the bathroom is a washer and dryer for ultimate convenience. The open living area includes a sleeper sofa, so this condo comfortably sleeps 4. Enjoy the flat screened TVs in both the living area and bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils to cook or bake a meal during your stay and features a dual Keurig that will brew a pot or single cup. This comfortable condo also has a half-bath for guests.

For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.

The Neighborhood:
Palm Beach Resort is located on the beach, in Orange Beach across the street from Gulf State Park. Beach bike rentals are across the street to rent for the Rosemary Dunes Trailhead. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants including fresh seafood at Lartigue's Original Fresh Seafood Market, Pier House, The Southern Grind Coffee House, and Ron Jon Surf Shop. Just minutes away from Gulf Shores.

Welcome to Palm Beach Resort! Parking passes must be pre-purchased online and register your vehicle(s) at palmbeachresortob.parkingattendant.com through the HOA. Passes are $50/stay. There is a limit of one parking pass per unit in peak season. A second one may be available in off season and parked in the overflow lot. You will select the condo A14 and use passcode 952510. Palm Beach

This is the second time that we have stayed here. The pool is kept clean and we really enjoyed meeting the other vacationers while we swam. The walkway to the beach is new and a nice upgrade. We took chairs from the unit to sit on the beach to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets that were absolutely beautiful. We had everything that we needed and like the convenience of the groundfloor unit. Both my husband and i enjoyed a relaxing time and the food was delicious.

Great Condo, Quiet Complex, Well Maintained

It had been 8 years since we last visited Gulf Shores and the Palm Beach Condos. Condo A14 was just as described, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the quiet upkept complex and just steps to the beach. Cant waite to come back.

Comfortable

We have stayed 4 times in this complex, first time in this condo. First floor was a positive. We did have a few issues that were resolved when I contacted the administrator. It would be nice if a vacuum was available to remove sand from the tile grout. It does have a Keurig coffee pot/single.

A14 Palm Beach

Cons:Condo was not very clean, floors we filthy, shower handle broken, Dust Ruffle on bed was so dirty it was black in spots, fridge is covered in rust. Guest bath toilet lid broken. Pros:Location was great, loved being on the main floor and just being able to walk out to pool and beach. This is the 3rd unit at this resort we have stayed and we do love the resort it is quite and peaceful.

Great location in Orange Beach

Great communication from booking to check in and check out. Location is great both within the complex and within Orange Beach. You are close to the parking lot, ground floor unit with access out the sliding door to the pool and easy walk through complex directly to the beach. One of the nice things is a half bath off the main living area in addition to the very large full bath off the bedroom. Condo is bigger in person than it appears in the photos. There are plenty of plates, cookware and utensils. Icemaker in the fridge. They provide towels and some laundry detergent and dish soap. You are within a 10 min drive of Wal Mart and Publix. The only complaints we had which were small, and not worth calling the company about was that the bottom sheet on the bed is too small so it kept coming off, and the shower handle is wonky and doesn't have an actual off position but still works to turn on and off water once you get it in the right position, and the dishwasher bottom basket is missing a wheel so doesn't slide easily. These didn't affect our trip at all, we had a fantastic time and would 100% return. The complex is very clean, in fact someone was cleaning the pool deck including power washing every day. There is a company that sets up chairs and towels on the beach which you have the option of renting but there is plenty of space to set up if not. There are plenty of chairs by both pools and the landscaping is very nice as well.
