Thank you for sharing your feedback about the property. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the construction of the stage at the Hangout Music Festival, which obstructed beach access and impacted your view. It's unfortunate that this information was not communicated to you prior to your stay. I understand your frustration in trying to reach customer service and the difficulties you faced with the call disconnecting. However, I'm glad to hear that the front desk clerk was able to assist you by providing alternative numbers to contact and that Tracy did a great job in helping you get moved to another building. If there's anything else you'd like to share about your experience or if there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know. I'm here to help, and I hope your future stays are more enjoyable.
