Monarch Villa wird liebevoll gepflegt ... die Annehmlichkeiten und Details in jedem Zimmer berücksichtigen, was jeder Gast wünscht, um den perfekten Urlaub zu gestalten.

Genießen Sie einen Master mit einem Kingsize-Bett (2 Personen), ein Gästezimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett (2 Personen) und ein drittes Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (2 Personen). Our family of 4 loved being so close to the beach and having a beautiful pool to enjoy. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the elevator was a nice feature to avoid the stairs with luggage. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay steps from the beach and just a short walk to restaurants and shops.

Nice place except for noticeable mold/mildew on shower curtain and closet door and some rundown appearance (broken blinds, etc).

Great Home

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. Conveniently located across from the beach and walkable to Siesta Key Village. Everything need is available at the property. New Grill, pool, beach chairs, umbrellas and canopy, and bikes. Our family felt totally comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Great House and Convenient Lication

The house was well stocked and in a great location. The road noise from cruisers was annoying when on the front balcony, but that was the only downside of the great house.

Large home so we had plenty of room to move around. Teens had their own spaces. Directly across from beach access and had its own pool! Management was so nice and responded immediately with questions. Check in was a breeze! Definitely will come again!

Spring Break Vacation

For 10K, I was underwhelmed with the property. The pool was great, but the inside of the house was dated, and we had to call maintenance multiple times for an elevator repair, dishwasher repair, leaky kitchen faucet replacement, patio doors misaligned and unable to close and lock. I will say that property management company was extremely responsive to our requests but for the money, this was not worth it..

The Monarch is fit for a King & Queen et al

What a great place to visit. We absolutely can't find a thing wrong with it, and it had everything anyone would want. The kitchen was complete with two kinds of coffee pots, the bedrooms were comfortable and the beds were great! The cabana room was a plus for us and we enjoyed every minute of our stay and the view of the beach!!! Thank you for paying such close attention to your customers needs. Spring break at Monarch

We stayed at the monarch villa for 7 days. Upon entering the villa we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and relaxing spa music playing on the tv in the living room with ocean scenes. That was a very cool touch. Besides some minor issues with outdated blinds falling off and some parts of the property not fully repaired yet from the storm (not a big issue) we absolutely loved our stay. It’s a very large villa with stone floors downstairs and glass tables etc. keep this in mind if you have small children. There are two sets of stairs that don’t work with baby gates because of the type of railing/baseboards that are there but we rigged something up to make it safer. Definitely better suited for older children and adults or young children who aren’t as active and wild as mine. The elevator was very handy getting our luggage in and out. The team at cottages on the keys were super responsive and friendly. They came right out to fix a door we had issues with shutting and came and cleaned the pool area that needed attending to as soon as our neighbors renting the other side requested it. The main bedroom is right on the road and we were there for spring break so it was very loud on the street but the rest of the villa was pretty quiet. 2 minute walk to the beach and about an 8 minute walk to town so a very convenient location. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic stay!

Great time at the beach

Beautiful townhouse with lots of space for family only 1 block from the beach. I only wish the pool heater would have been turned on sooner than the last day.
