- This property is stairs only; all guests must have the ability to use stairs.
- This home is equipped with 2 parking spaces: 1 in the drive way and 1 carport space in the rear. No Additional Parking.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.
