The main level features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large gourmet kitchen with a dining area perfect for family gatherings. The expansive Primary Bedroom Suite, located off the living area, is furnished with a Cal King bed, sofa, TV, and a large spa-like bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3, situated to the left of the living area and sharing a full bathroom, are furnished with Cal King and King beds, respectively, and each has a TV. The Primary Bedroom and the Living Room both have exterior doors providing access to the tropical grounds and pool area.

The second level hosts a generous bedroom featuring a Cal King bed, twin bunk beds, a sofa, a large flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

Sliding glass doors in the living area open to a covered patio with a gas BBQ. Enjoy the gentle breezes indoors or step out to the inviting lounging area.
