Affectionately named “The Pool House” by our 4 little ones, this house is above and beyond its typical name sake. This brand new, sprawling 3,000 sq.ft. home boasts 5 bd and 5.5 bth, with room to sleep at least 18 comfortably. A sleek modern kitchen, outdoor grill, 2 living room areas, and your own pool, complete with water slide and jacuzzi will be the cherry-on-top of your Hawaiian vacation! Come create lasting memories and enjoy time together!

Perfect for our family

We loved the pool house. There were 17 of us and plenty of room for everyone. Kids loved the pool. We will definitely stay at the pool house on our next trip.

Best family place ever

We had a surprise 70th birthday for my husband, our kids and grandkids joined us. The place was perfect, well equipped and comfortable. The pool entertained everyone, we cooked all our meals in the house and had plenty of room for all 18. The grandkids loved the bunk room, it was a big sleep over. I would recommend this for any large group. We were all very happy with The Pool House.

Perfect house for large family!

The Pool House was so perfect for our family Christmas Vacation. Decorated to make it feel like the holidays, extremely well stocked, and perfect for all ages! We had everything we needed for the beach, shade, coolers, toys, floaties, chairs and more. The pool area was a favorite for the kids, and great hang out spot for the evenings. We have stayed a lot of places and highly recommend the pool house!

Amazing Home

We loved the location! The home was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. Plenty of private space for our group of 4 couples. The private pool and hot tub were just what we were looking for after a long day of hiking and exploring. Host was responsive! Would stay again!

Great vacation home for large family

Great stay

This was a great space the amount of ppl on our group. The rooms were spacious and clean, the washer and dryer room came in handy! The pool was clean and fun, that came along with pool toys and floatys. The jacuzzi was huge! The whole house was very spacious so no one felt crammed and everyone had a bed to sleep on. We would definitely come back again!

BEST EVER!!

This is a BEAUTIFUL home and Nina was AMAZING with everything! It was windy on Kauai and some of our tours were cancelled. Instead of the kids being disappointed they'd rather stay at the house and swim all day. The hot tub was perfect for us. Nina THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for everything and when we come back that way we will for sure staty at your beautiful place!!!

Lovely house in a great location

Loved our stay at the house. It’s spacious and has everything you need. The location is perfect for exporting the north coast which has some of the best beaches and hiking on the island. We spent tons of time by the pool. The giant hot tub is great for kids.

Gorgeous home with nice amenities

This home had everything you will need to make a vacation stay feel like home. We had a group of 13 adults and we had plenty of room to move around. Location is superb. E joyed the farmers market right down the road. Would highly recommend this home to anyone with a large group.
