It is our wish that you enjoy this home away from yours, as much as we enjoy living in it when we come to Kauai! This custom built home is the perfect vacation home for up to 5 couples or large families as it accommodates 12 people comfortably. Access to private pool and tennis court. The attractive landscape with tropical plants and water lilies plus an elegant porte-cochere welcomes you and your family and friends to the main entrance of this two story Mediterranean home. Upstairs you will be enchanted by the openness of an elegant living room, formal dining room and large casual kitchen with high cathedral open beam ceiling. Enjoy the large windows with awesome views of palms and trees everywhere as well as the majestic mountains that surround us. The kitchen is well equipped to satisfy your culinary needs in case you decide to stay in and cook, chill, and enjoy your home away from home. An extra mini fridge for drinks, GE Monogram appliances, an extra large counter with plenty of space to gather around the cook and entertain. Enjoy a warm family breakfast or gathering in our kitchen or in the outdoor lanai with awesome mountain views and table seating for 10. A separate smart tv and entertainment room with games with an opening to kitchen for snacks and drinks. One queen bed suite with private bathroom and a powder room. Downstairs you will find the master king bed suite with a large spa like bathroom. Access to a great lanai and enclosed backyard, outdoor shower and lounge chairs and above ground Hot Tub, A relaxing way to end up your day, enjoying the trees around you! There are two large identical bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and another with two queen size beds. A large full bathroom. On the opposite wing of the house, you will find another nice bedroom with two twin beds, also the laundry room and access to garage. Guest have access to Private Community Pool & Tennis Court steps away from the back gate. Home is a 10 min walk to beach, happy talk lounge and restaurant and queen's bath. We will definitely be back to this amazing, beautiful house. The beds and bathrooms were great. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and we loved the nearby pool and personal hot tub. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. It's in a quiet neighborhood but close to Princeville and Hanalei. We loved it.

This was absolutely the best VRBO stay we have ever had. The house was fantastic and proved to be a great location for exploring Kauai. The home was ideal for our family vacation of 12 people. So spacious and a great place to hang out. It had everything you needed. Well supplied kitchen and the extras in the garage were great, i.e bikes, snorkel gear, beach chairs and toys, bogie boards and two surfboard. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Pool was close and accessible and the hot tub was also a great feature. The views from second floor were amazing. It wasn't a cheap stay during the holidays but so worth. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Great for a big group!

We had 12 adults stay here for a trip, including 5 couples, and the house was fantastic! Plenty of space with two couches, there was all kinds of cooking supplies, plenty of towels, and a bunch of beach supplies! The outdoor shower was a hit too. Really a fantastic stay - would highly recommend!

Fantastic place to stay for large group!

It was clean, it was beautiful, it was so roomy, it was stocked with everything you’d possible need. There were bikes, surf boards, sand toys. The kitchen had everything you’d have in your own kitchen. Their communication and response was great. My best experience with Vrbo ever!!!!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

This home was perfect for our group of 11! Plenty of space for us all to sleep comfortably and relax. The pictures do not do the property real justice; it is even better in person. The proximity to the community pool and tennis courts was an added bonus. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home in the Princeville area.

Just got home from a 8 day stay with my mom, siblings & grandkids and this was a perfect house for the group. Location was fantastic to explore the entire north side of Kauai. Easy access to explore the various beaches, attractions and quick drive down to Hanalei. You can walk to the Hideaway beach access trail or make it a quick drive. Current beach inventory in the garage were two medium size coolers, tons of sand toys, lots of snorkel gear, one huge coleman costco canopy tent, one tommy bahama umbrella, two surfboards, couple boogies boards and about 6-7 chairs. Owner was extremely responsive and made access and the couple small things we encountered not a big deal at all. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

We had an absolutely great time staying in this house. There were 12 of us. The garage was stocked with boogie boards, umbrellas, ice chests, beach chairs,etc. We had access to the tennis courts located behind the house and from the upper level of the house we could watch the matches. From the upper level the views are spectacular. The kitchen is spacious with lots of seating for breakfast and dinners. The living area has loads of room for playing a grand game of charades. I would highly recommend this home for anyone’s next adventure in Kauai.

Upstairs you will be enchanted by the openness of an elegant living room, formal dining room and large casual kitchen with high cathedral open beam ceiling. Enjoy the large windows with awesome views of palms and trees everywhere as well as the majestic mountains that surround us. The kitchen is well equipped to satisfy your culinary needs in case you decide to stay in and cook, chill and enjoy your home away from home.

GE Monogram appliances, an extra large counter with plenty of space to gather around the cook and entertain. Enjoy a warm family breakfast or après beach gathering in our kitchen or in the outdoor lanai with awesome mountain views and table seating for 6. A separate tv and entertainment room with games and an opening to kitchen for snacks and drinks.

Upstairs there is a queen bed suite with private bathroom and a powder room. there is also queen sleeper sofa in the T.V room.

There is an extra mini fridge downstairs for drinks or snacks.

Downstairs you will find the primary room with a queen bed suite and a large spa like bathroom. Access to a great lanai and enclosed backyard, outdoor shower and lounge chairs. A relaxing way to end up your day, enjoying the trees around you!

There are two large identical bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and another with two full size beds.

On the opposite wing of the house, you will find another nice bedroom with two twin beds, a laundry room and a large full bathroom for the 3 bedrooms.
