Hi Mike, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the unit you stayed at. It sounds like the cleaning job was not up to your standards and there were several areas that were not properly cleaned, which is definitely frustrating. The confirmation email that was sent provided the important information about items you would need to bring with you or purchase while you were here. As for the list of chores, I can understand how it would be stressful and inconvenient to have to complete them before checking out, especially with an early flight to catch. It's important for management companies to be transparent about any additional tasks required of guests before they depart. This information was given when check-in paperwork was completed. I will be sure to give your concerns to the Management Team so that someone can reach out to you about your concerns. It's important to communicate your concerns with the management company and provide specific examples of the issues you encountered during your stay. This will allow them to take appropriate actions to rectify the situation and ensure that future guests have a more pleasant experience.
