A pool table sits at the center of the game room, inviting endless hours of friendly competition. For arcade lovers, the multicade arcade is packed with dozens of classic games that span generations. A propane fireplace also keeps the game room cozy in cooler months, making it a year-round hangout zone. But the entertainment doesn’t stop indoors. Step out onto the lower-level porch and discover the bubbling hot tub. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the Smokies. Sit back with a drink, let the bubbles ease your muscles, and enjoy the quiet solitude or chat with friends as the sun sets. Just steps away, a cornhole game is also set up on the deck. Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
