Top floor has the kitchen, living and dining room, primary suite with full bathroom. Bottom floor has 3 more bedrooms. Two with king sized beds and attached full bathroom. One bunk room/game room with a 1/2 bath attached.

Home is located in desirable Cobbly Nob Neighborhood and has public golf course upon entry. Roads are well maintained for easy access to cabin. You will have access to 3 communal pools that are open between Memorial Day to Labor Day.

You will have access to the whole property.

Booking with pets: A nonrefundable pet deposit assessed when booking for up to 1 pet (this is a flat fee of $100, not per night). You must select the number of pets in the same place you select the number of guests. If you forget to include your pet in the booking-no worries, I can amend the booking for you.
Pets are allowed to stay on the property with the following conditions:
- No pets on the furniture
- No pets in the hot tub
- Pets must be tick & flea-free
- Pets must be crated (not provided) when unattended at property
- Pets must be leashed when outside and waste must be disposed of properly

We provide a starter pack of laundry pods, dishwashing pods and coffee.
