Our family of 8 adults stayed here for 3 nights. The home was very clean. The king suites were awesome. Plenty of space for all of us. The outdoor space was nice and we enjoyed the hot tub! The games on the lower level were a nice bonus and yes our husbands played them. We definitely recommend staying here. The host was great at communicating with us.

Loved the cabin. Most of my crew were of the "older" generation. Appreciated the walk in showers but would have liked grab bars in the showers. Comments were a plus for the kitchen which was larger than many cabins and had a good layout.Thx for privilege of using it!

Nice cabin

Bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated our family of 5 adults and 4 children rather well. No one had to wait for an available bathroom.

Beautiful mountain property! The house was quite clean and comfortable. Beds are very comfy as well. Each bedroom has its own bath, which allows privacy for large groups. The bar soap and shampoo provided are quite small so be sure to pack additional. The large kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and there is a front porch (and back deck) to enjoy the scenery. Kids (and adults!) will enjoy the video game and shuffleboard. Communication from Red Door was clear and directions for checkout were easy to follow. They were also responsive when we struggled to manage one of the televisions. We'd love to stay here again some time!

The house was spotless and roomy. The hostess very responsive. The hot tub was nice to have for the family. We even saw a few bear on the property. It was about a 25 minute drive to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The kitchen was well stocked.

Nice Cabin, Good Location

Nice cabin, in a good location. Very well laid out cabin that could easily accommodate up to 4 adult couples. Would recommend for others to look at when shopping for a rentals in the area. Amenities all worked, except the TVs. Unless you are willing to sign-in with your own account the TVs are useless.Check-in and Check-out process was very easy. I do think a free 1 hour early check-in or late check-out would be reasonable (if available of course). The app seems to want to nickel and dime you for even attempting a 1 minute early arrival.
