It sounds like your family was able to create some wonderful Maui memories together. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the Wi-Fi and beach umbrellas. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused during your stay. Due to liability concerns and Maui’s windy conditions, we are unable to provide beach umbrellas directly in the condo, though local rental companies are available that can deliver and pick up beach equipment for guests. We are also happy we were able to get the Wi-Fi issue resolved once it was reported to us. If you return to the property in the future, please note that the property can also help arrange a specific parking spot for the entirety of your stay to better accommodate your family’s needs.
