Ceiling fans are located throughout the villa for comfort, and each bedroom is outfitted with its own TV. Guests also have access to Marsh Lake’s private pool, exclusively available to Marsh Lake villa homeowners and guests.

This property has a SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP that provides access to both community pools, pickleball and dining. Club membership can be obtained through DeBordieu directly and is subject to a $200 per day fee. Additionally, a $250 VayK Gear credit is included with the home, which can be used to rent bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. All gear is available for delivery the day you arrive.
