The main living level (2nd floor) features a spacious primary bedroom with a private bathroom (tub/shower combo) and TV, along with a guest bedroom and full bathroom. Downstairs on the ground level, you'll find two additional guest bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower—ideal for families or kids. One of the bedrooms also includes a crib for added convenience. The home offers a cozy den with a large TV, a well-appointed kitchen. The fireplace is decorative only; There is a grill, outdoor shower, and a private dock overlooking the creek. This is a pet-friendly house. MAXIMUM CARS: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 4. Car passes are $20 per car. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. Be cautious and courteous, yielding to pedestrians, bikers, golfers, skaters, and wildlife. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM

RESTRICTED VEHICLES: RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.

The temporary club membership can be obtained at a cost of $200 per day, plus a $20 activation fee.
