The Space:

Morning light filters through the windows as the house slowly comes to life, with space for everyone to start the day at their own pace. Some mornings begin with quiet coffee moments, others with laughter drifting from the game room before plans are made. Evenings invite you back together, unwinding indoors after full days exploring the area or enjoying time on the patio.



This entire villa is located in Solara Resort in Kissimmee and is set up for families and groups looking for room to spread out. The home features 2 living areas, a game room, an indoor tiki bar, and a full kitchen designed for shared meals and easy gatherings. Heating and air conditioning keep the space comfortable year-round, and WiFi and a dedicated workspace support both leisure and remote work needs.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers 7 bedrooms sleeping up to 15 guests. Downstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, a second primary bedroom also features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Additional bedrooms include three queen-bed rooms, one room with a full bunk bed, and a themed bedroom with a twin bunk bed plus an extra twin bed. Several bedrooms are connected by Jack & Jill or nearby full bathrooms, offering flexibility for larger groups.



Indoor living

Two living areas allow your group to relax in different ways, whether that means movie nights on a large screen or friendly competition in the game room with a pool table and game console. A sound system enhances entertainment throughout the home, while thoughtful layout choices make it easy to move between shared spaces.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, complemented by two dining areas where everyone can gather comfortably. Whether preparing quick breakfasts or sitting down for dinner, the layout supports both convenience and connection.



Outdoor space & resort access

Step outside to enjoy the patio with outdoor furniture, along with access to a pool and hot tub. Guests also have resort access, including a gym and additional shared facilities within Solara Resort. Exterior security cameras are present at the porch and outside the lanai overlooking the pool system and parking area.

The home includes a washer and dryer, free parking on the premises, private entrance, and long-term stay options. The property is pet-friendly, making it easier to bring the whole household along.



With proximity to Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, this villa serves as a comfortable base for exploring the area while offering space to relax together at the end of each day.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool.



Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can work out in the large fitness center at the clubhouse.



At the end of the day, you might find your teens at the teen hangout center where they have already made new friends. If they’re not ready to leave just yet, that’s fine too; hungry tummies will soon find their way over to the bar & grill where you’re already chilling with a drink.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
