Die übergroße Garage für 2 Autos wurde in ein Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch und Airhockey für jede Menge Spaß umgewandelt und verfügt über eine separate Klimaanlage für die heißen Tage.

Clean property with good amenities. I thought the media room was falsely advertised, bc I didn’t realize until 2 days in that it was in the garage. A sign on the door would be great. The pool enclosure requires 2 people to open and close, and it’s pretty difficult. My kids loved the entire experience.

We were surprised to hear that the game room was difficult to locate, as it is located in the converted garage and is typically one of the first features children discover and enjoy during their stay. Had we known there was any confusion, we would have been more than happy to assist. Regarding the pool enclosure gate, the gate is equipped with a child-safety latch designed to help prevent young children from accessing the pool area without adult supervision. While the safety mechanism may require a little extra effort to operate, it is an important safety feature that helps protect families and complies with safety requirements for vacation rental properties. What a lovely, kid friendly home! We loved everything about it. They had strollers, a baby gate for the stairs, extra blankets, and even costumes to play dress up! It was in a great location, the beds were super comfortable, this resort is our go-to place and we will be back!!

Spring Break

House was clean and decently set up. They were responsive to the small issues we encountered and ensured we had the best stay possible. No grill (we didn’t read the listing close enough it does not state there is a grill, we just assumed) so that was disappointing, and note there is just one bathroom on main floor and a lot of stairs to get to the bedrooms! Also the infant high chair was pretty disgusting. Honestly these are little things and the property was overall great. Just want people to know what to expect. Thanks for a great stay!

Great clean property close to disney

This property was very clean! Communication with the management was very quick. It is close to all Disney resorts and Walmart is less than a 5 min drive. My kids loved the games room and the themed bedrooms. The water park at Windsor hills was amazing. Only negatives I can think were the mattresses were not very comfortable, there is construction going on behind the property and they start at 7am and the neighbour had a dog that barked at all hours of the early morning. (But this is something that is totally out of the control of this property owners). I would 100% book again in Windsor hills and either this house or another from this owner! Thanks for making our first family Disney trip a hit!

Not a happy camper

Property was nice. The real problem is the owner/manager Eddy. I feel like he was watching us the whole time. Every time we pulled up he was messaging me. I had my 80 year old grandma and grandpa with us so what could we do so bad. The communication was absolutely horrible. Instead of sending me emails via VRBO they were sending emails from their website which all went to spam. On the day of the trip I get a text and message staying we have made multiple attempts to contact you well if you go thru VRBO you wouldn’t have that problem. Also the property allows 5 cars he only allows 3. I will never book again with them.

We appreciate every guest's feedback as we really strive to ensure an amazing stay for all of our guests. We always provide very clear communication through the VRBO platform and it is sent directly to the guest. We have never encountered an instance where a guest has not received communication. The parking details are listed in our property listing. The HOA allows 3 cars on site and the remaining cars must park in the overflow parking area within the community. We did need to contact the guest because a car was parked incorrectly and we were notified by the HOA. When we receive calls from Security and/or the HOA we must act quickly. The home does have exterior security cameras which is also detailed in our listing. We wish the guest would have communicated the concerns during or prior to their stay so we could have had a chance to remedy the situation.

Magical Adventures is the place to stay

This place was amazing. The kids thought their rooms were so cool, decorated in a theme. They had so much fun in the game/theater room. So much to do which kept them busy after an all day out .This home was above and beyond all expectations. The location is perfect, very close to so many activities and sights to see. We loved being able to watch Disney fireworks from the pool. Every little detail was thought of in this home. Eddy and staff were very responsive answering every question before and during our stay. We will definitely be back next year and we will definately refer this home to our friends and family.

Lamentablemente por un tema personal no pude ir pero mi familia estuvo muy contenta con la casa. Mis sobrinos amaron la habitación de piratas y los disfraces y el cuarto de juegos. Lo único a mejorar es el proceso de check in. Había mandado una lista con todos los nombres y solo anotaron a los dos conductores y como por el problema personal que tuvimos cambiamos el conductor mi familia estuvo bastante tiempo hasta que los dejaron entrar. Sacando eso estuvo todo muy bien. Gracias! Saludos

Vacation home.

This property is definitely a home. As soon as you walk through the door you feel at home. It's a beautiful property for all ages and enough room for all to have there space. I highly recommend renting this property. Also Eddie is an amazing host and very prompt if you need anything.

Good stay

Overall the stay was good. The only inconvenience was checking in. I was under the impression we were doing our communication via the app and we wernt the owner was using email resulting in a delay with checking in.

We take all feedback very seriously. We send various communications by email, but somehow Jenny read all of our other communication, but not the one about how to access the property. We make this process as easy as possible by using a persons phone number as part of the entry codes, but Jenny did not remember what phone number she used to make the reservation.
