Welcome to The Leilani House, a 2,100-square-foot home on a private 1/2 acre lot in Poipu. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club with pools, gym and fitness facilities, and tennis courts, just minutes from Poipu Beach.

Ideal for families and multi-generational groups, this home offers four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an open-concept layout designed for comfort and privacy. A unique highlight is the private upstairs suite that occupies the entire second floor. It includes a separate entrance and en-suite bathroom, making it perfect for grandparents, extended family, or anyone wanting extra privacy while staying close to the group.

The home is located just a 1–2 minute drive from Poipu Beach, Brennecke’s Beach, top restaurants, and shopping, making it an easy and convenient base for exploring the South Shore.

Inside, the home features plank flooring throughout, brand-new furnishings, memory foam mattresses, deluxe linens, and smart TVs. We’ve been visiting Poipu for years, and The Leilani House is now our go-to spot. The location is great and its tucked away on a quiet lot but just a quick drive to Poipu Beach, Brennecke’s, and great restaurants. The home itself is immaculate and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The gourmet kitchen was stocked beyond our expectations, making it easy to cook big family breakfasts before heading out for the day. Air conditioning was a welcome comfort after afternoons in the sun.

The Leilani House is hands down the nicest vacation rental we’ve stayed in on Kauai. So happy we chose Mike’s place—it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. This house is an absolute gem. Set on a private half-acre, we had total privacy you just don’t find in most vacation rentals. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities. A fully equipped kitchen, AC, laundry, and a huge selection of beach gear. The private upstairs suite was a dream for my parents, who could come and go without disturbing the rest of us. Afternoons at Poipu Beach snorkeling and spotting turtles, and evenings grilling fresh fish on the barbecue. Everything about this home feels both luxurious and welcoming. We’re already planning our return.

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend!

I stayed here with family and am so happy we picked this house. It has 4 nice size bedrooms. The entire second floor is basically one big private master suite with a private full bathroom, a king bed, a sleeper sofa, and extra sitting. Its HUGE! My siblings stayed there and loved the private entrance since they could come and go without disturbing the kids. One of the bedrooms has two queen beds in it which the kids loved being able to all be together. The kitchen was really well stocked and had everything we possible could need. It had a spice rack which i've never seen at a rental. The house was very comfortable and we LOVED the AC. They just installed it in the family room too and we were the first guests to enjoy it. I even bumped into the AC guy as they were finishing up when we arrived. The beds were also so comfortable!The location is perfect. Under a 1 minute drive to Poipu Beach. Less than a 2 minute drive to multiple restaurants and shopping and even a farmers market. Everything is so close and they had a wagon, beach umbrella, chairs and so much more beach stuff it was more than we expected.I highly recommend staying here and Mike was so easy and had great communication. Cant wait to come back!
