With beautiful ocean and golf course views from its second floor, this spacious custom designed home boasts a fully stocked Chef's kitchen with a propane cooktop, indoor dining , comfortable beds, fine bed linens, television, and high speed WIFI.

Two half baths - one up and one down - are added conveniences, with the outdoor shower near the swimming pool to rinse off the beach sand.

The home's swimming pool and BBQ area is private and relaxing, and is beautifully maintained and accented with tropical landscaping and lava rock walls.

Located near Poipu white sand beaches, restaurants and shops, this well appointed home features two living areas - one up and one down - to gather comfortably, or to read and work solo.

The laundry room is where you will find the beach towels. Laundry soap provided.

On-site parking for two vehicles in the private driveway near the front entry.

The home's air temperature was perfect. We were able to set the temperature in each bedroom and in the living-kitchen-dining area to our liking.

The huge dining table was our gathering spot every night after a day of hiking or beaching etc.. The kitchen worked well for our family meals, and the cabinet of games was a nice touch.

Relax in the sun on your private poolside chaise lounge. Stroll down to Keoki's to listen to Hawaiian music while enjoying your favorite beverage and their famous Hula Pie.

Jump in the ocean at nearby Kiahuna Beach. Sail Kauai's south shore with Captain Andy. Rent electric bikes or beach cruisers to peddle around the Poipu Resort area.

Play 18 holes of golf or hit a bucket of balls at nearby Kiahuna Golf Course. Walk to Spouting Horn and the National Tropical Botanical Garden.

Search for sea shells along Kauai's eleven-mile Polihale Beach. Hike the south shore's Maha'ulepu Trail and the many trails up in the Waimea Canyon and Kokee State Park.

Pick a sunny day to drive north to Hanalei. Call before driving up to check on the north shore weather forecast.

Kauai has a micro-climate. Sunny Poipu sees 25 inches of annual rainfall while Hanalei may see up to 180 inches annually. The north shore of Kauai is a rain forest. The south shore of Poipu has the best weather year round, rarely reaching 90 degrees. The ocean water is warm year round too.
