Nani O'Hana ist ein Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern am Grüngürtel von Poipu Kai. Es ist ein idealer Ort, um zu den Stränden, Tennis, Pool, Grand Hyatt, Spa, Restaurants usw. zu gehen.
Dieses geräumige Haus wurde im Sommer 2016 umgebaut und aktualisiert, einschließlich einer maßgefertigten Hauptschlafzimmertür, die 2018 installiert wurde. Es verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie sich erhoffen. So einfach alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und mit einer kurzen Fahrt können Sie auch ein Dutzend weitere Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, botanische Gärten, Schnorchelkreuzfahrten, Seilrutschen, ATV-Reiten, Reiten usw. erreichen.

Wir können bis zu acht Gäste, einschließlich Kinder, beherbergen. Unser Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer. Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 verfügt über ein weiteres Kingsize-Bett mit angeschlossenem Vollbad, Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 bietet 2 Einzelbetten, die zu einem weiteren Kingsize-Bett zusammengestellt werden können, und Schlafzimmer Nr. 4 bietet ein Etagenbett, das sich ideal für 2 Kinder eignet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein 65-Zoll-Smart-TV, über den Sie auf Amazon- und Netflix-Filme zugreifen können. Wir haben auch einen schönen Essbereich, der Platz für 10 Personen für ein Abendessen bietet.

Wir haben auch einen Gasgrill draußen für Ihre Grillbedürfnisse. Neue Deckenventilatoren und Beleuchtung im ganzen Haus, alle neuen Möbel, Betten usw. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie sich wünschen, und bietet mehr als nur einen Koch in der Küche. Das Parken in der Einfahrt ist einfach für 2 Autos und ist bequem und privat.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und wirklich eine schöne Lage, um fast alles zu erreichen.

The host Jon was very communicative. The property manager was also friendly and helpful. The property is in a very convenient location, with all the beach amenities available to take a brief and easy walk to the kid-friendly Poipu beach! Other activities were also within an easy driving distance, and there were many delicious options for food in the area. Location is great! All rooms appeared as photos show and was very comfortable for our family of seven people to stay in.

Jon, the host was great. He provided ideas for things to do and favorite restaurants to visit, which as first-time visitors to Kauai, we especially appreciated. The location of this property is ideal as we could walk out the door and arrive at Poipu Beach or Shipwreck Beach in 10 minutes. Loved the spacious master bedroom and bath, comfortable living room, and well-equipped kitchen, all of which were sparkling clean.

Fantastic communications and accommodations. Loved the Poipu athletic club membership, all the beach gear and coolers. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials including nonstick frying pans, sharp knifes, rice cooker, blender etc. First time I didn't have to go and buy something for the kitchen.

The house is nice, and is centrally located in Poipu. The beach is walking distance, but if you have mobility issues, it may be too far to walk. The house amenities, like AC, laundry and items to go to the beach with are nice.

Wonderful vacation for our family of six!The home was so comfortable for all of us - plenty of room, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, kitchen well stocked, front and backyards were beautiful, excellent plus with a bbq and outside shower, games were fun, and the garage had so many beach toys (including boogie boards, chairs, towels, coolers, wagon, etc.). The location of the home was ideal! Plenty to do within walking distance or a short drive.The homeowners were so helpful and shared so much information about things to do in Kauai. We appreciated all they did to make our stay so memorable, relaxing and enjoyable!

Great Location

Loved our stay at this vacation rental. The kitchen was very well organized and well equipped to cook meals. The location was excellent to visit either Shipwreck or Poipu Beach, both were just a short walk away.

The house was perfect for our family vacation (all adults). The 4 bedrooms provided all of us with our privacy when needed and the large kitchen / living room gave us ample space to come together and truly enjoy our time together.The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. There is a BBQ which we used more than once. The property location is excellent as you are only a short walk from Poipu beach or the Grand Hyatt hotel. The neighborhood is very quiet with the house situated on a cul-de-sac minimizing traffic.Everything you need tor a day at the beach is in the garage, from boogie broads to chairs & umbrellas. If you need a wagon to cart it all to the beach, there is one. Coolers and beach towels are included as well. Other than snorkel equipment we did not need to rent anything else.Jon was quick to reply on the few occasions we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting Kauai!

We are from Colorado and have been enjoying Kauai since 1993. Our children grew up at Poipu beach park and we return as often as possible to enjoy this ideal family location and make new memories year after year. The kids never get tired of Kauai and we consider it our second home.

We love this property because the location is so ideal. We access the Grand Hyatt for coffee in the morning, restaurant options, Anara spa massages, cocktails in the library bar and easy walks to both Shipwreck and Poipu Beach areas. Having the pool, tennis, and greenbelt areas all just outside our door is amazing. We also like the fact that this is a private home vs. a condo and there is no noise from upstairs and we have total privacy and enjoyment of this stand alone home. We are happy to share our second home with you!

Lovely and relaxing views of the greenbelt and easy access to walk to everything in the area. Plenty of things to do, like beaches, horseback riding, snorkeling, botanic gardens, tennis....all within minutes of the property. We have boogies boards, beach chairs, coolers etc. We also have washer and dryer for your use too, so you can pack light and do the laundry once or twice. That really helps lighten the suitcase load!
