• This condo is on the 3rd-floor; stairs are required to access the unit

• Communal pool and tennis courts are available to guests.

• A Sea Pines Gate Entry Pass is required: $30 per vehicle per week, cash only, purchased at the front gate upon arrival. The pass must be displayed on your dashboard for the duration of your stay.

• This home is pet friendly. One pet is allowed per stay. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
