The upscale town of Wellesley (home to Wellesley College) with marked walking trails; a quaint town center with charming boutiques; and a vast array of eclectic restaurants and eateries, is a beautiful community that has sophistication and luxury unlike any other Boston suburb.
Located on a private, quiet dead-end street with very minimal traffic, kids can enjoy playing here outside safely. This property is 20 easy minutes from Boston. It is perfectly located for any and all New England day trips. From the lighthouses of Maine; the glorious lakes and mountains of New Hampshire; the beaches of Cape Cod; the cliffs and breathtaking island of Martha's Vineyard; and the timeless mansions of Newport, RI, you can see these places in day trips from our prime location which has very easy on-off access to I-95, I-93 and I-90 (Mass Pike).
This beautiful spacious property boasts five air- conditioned bedrooms. On the main floor is bedroom#1- the California king master en suite with a Roku tv. Down the short hall is Bedroom#2 with one twin bed. *Upon request only, there is a trundle bed for an additional guest in this bedroom. Upstairs you will find the other three bedrooms including Bedroom#3 with a queen bed; Bedroom#4 with bunk beds and a twin bed. This bedroom has a Roku tv as well; and Bedroom #5 with a queen bed and a Roku tv.
Upstairs is also our private office with a large desk, office supplies, a printer, a shredder Anna a stationary bike.
All three full bathrooms are fully equipped with hair dryers, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, rainfall showers and luxury bath sheets and towels.
The spacious eat-in kitchen is well-stocked with some spices, some refrigerated condiments, oil, salt and pepper. There are pots and pans and serving dishes for meals and everything you need to cook. You will find a waffle maker, blender, toaster, rice maker, crock pot, coffee grinder, etc. There’s also a Keurig coffee machine, Nespresso machine, and a drip coffee machine. Coffee is provided for all 3 machines. For our tea lovers, we have a fine selection of tea for your enjoyment.
On the other side of the kitchen, the gorgeous family size farm table can accommodate all guests for meals. There is also a high chair available upon request.
The house also features secure wifi; a huge assortment of adult games; children's games and toys; outdoor cornhole; bocci; and a WiiU.

The cozy and comfortable front sitting room is ideal for quiet chats and perhaps some reading. In the main living space (the Great Room), everyone can gather and play games, enjoy movies on the 72”Roku TV, or just be together enjoying one another's company. The Great Room has two large sofas and four sitting chairs- enough space for everyone! All rooms, except for the office, have AC.
One of the highlights of this property is the outdoor living space. With a beautiful oversized deck, there is a large propane fire pit for relaxing on quiet summer/fall nights; plenty of lounging space; a large gas grill; and dining area. Here, you can find the perfect place to relax under the stars and watch the fireflies come to life.
Parking is available for four vehicles in the driveway as well as free on-street parking. If you are bringing children, please let me know their ages and interests so that I can be sure to have toys and things available that they can enjoy as well.
